I think it would be nice to see a game with just only stuff you can do in the core box including the terrain. I'm still saving for my core box and that would be interesting to see what I can do.

I just repainted all my forge fathers so I’m sure it won’t be long until they are featured again! Space ship terrain is hard, I’ll have to think on that one!

I'm kinda bummed out that I'll likely be receiving them too late to get in on the action for the Magnetar campaign but maybe the cross Atlantic shipping will go super smooth.

Man a long time ago I did a video on how I painted my terrain. The short answer is prime with black, drybrush grey, drybrush white to make it pop if it doesn’t look right, then pick out details
Simple dry brush, once with a grey and then a lighter dry brush with some white to really make it pop a bit more. Then I picked out details with other colors and that’s really all there is to it
@@CaptainJWesker yeah and then I use some painters tape and make stripes on a lot of the buildings, usually picking brighter colors to add some extra pop, but the whole thing is really simple and looks good on any type of board. Simple but effective!
Basically you just have to have the only model on the cube with the objective and at the end of the round (in this scenario) you get 4 points. The catch is you have to get the objectives on the other side of the board and you can’t claim the ones you started next to

It's funny how such a simple technique for a colour as naff as grey really pops on the tabletop.

Where did you get all the terrain? I see stuff from starter box, terrain booster - but what about the acrylic stuff and such?

So for indirect weapons it states in the rules that a shoot is a long action. Does that change because your guy had line of sight round 1?
Looking back on it I would have had to play a command action to do that
Aside from the small bits, was this terrain built from the starter set, or were there extra tiles added?
A lot of the terrain is 3D printed from Corvus games terrain as well. I used all the starter set terrain and then a good chunk of the 3D print stuff
