Throughout his coaching career, Getsy has never held the same job for more than two years. In fact, the vast majority of his stops lasted only one year, barely enough time for that proverbial cup of coffee. There is zero evidence that Getsy’s offensive scheme will work at Las Vegas. Much like McDaniel’s flop at Denver before failing at a second chance with the Raiders, Getsy’s unproductive offense as OC at Chicago has me wondering if we’re about to experience some coaching dejavu all over again. If his career track record is any indicator, don’t sleep on the possibility that next year Getsy will be a receiver’s coach somewhere.
Great awareness bruh, also something we need to take into consideration. They never really ran the ball in mini camp. The defense was able to pin their ears back and attack without regard for the run. Making more than we should about an offense that's working on installation instead fine tuning is too punitive. Everything was like the defense getting a head start and the offense trying to catch up. I take very little if anything of significance from this camp in terms of offensive efficiency.
All these people doubting AOC are all the ones who wanted to draft a rookie a rookie QB who has never played a down in NFL doesn't matter how good you may have been in college this is the NFL

@stephengeorge854 This is no longer the early 2000's. There's been rule changes. Trent dilfers are no longer winning SBs. Plus come playoff time we need a QB who can put up points OR put the team on its back if the defense suffers misfortune

Defense is always ahead of offense at this point. Our defense is stifling against a new offensive scheme. We can be concerned or not, but the proof will come week 1 and not before. People try to make something out of nothing when there is really nothing going on. Keep being you.
New Offense/Coordinator, questions at RB, as in, will Zeus pick up where he left off last year or will he struggle. This is happens every year, defense usually comes out strong in OTAs and camp. I pay no attention to hype on players BEFORE the season starts. If we're a week out from Game 1 of the regular season and our Offense is still struggling then I'll start worrying a bit. I believe everything is going to be okay and I'm looking forward to watching this Defense this year.
I’m still waiting to see if our defense is legit because 9 games is not really something to brag about I want to see a full season. The biggest problems this franchise has is balance and consistency.

Gardner Minshew could struggle, trust me AP and telesco knows he could play in the NFL, there not worried bout him struggling, AOC can't afford to like said before, i want Minshew to start. They need a true starting qb. This team has everything they need for a deep playoff run except confidence at the qb position. Its not fair to all the other position playrs if 1 giy is holding them back.that said im really hoping 1 of them plays well enough to keep up with this high potential team.

The defense will push the offense harder and the offense will be better for it. When we play lesser defenses we will be moving the ball up and down the field !

I agree with everything you said... I will say... Minicamp was 2 days. They were throwing - defense knew this. OTAs didnt have full media access - Tashan Reed's admits as much in his article so how he reached his conclusions must have involved a crystal ball. So all this is nothing until at least full camp. Also wanted to say I think this offensive coaching team COULD work. They have 5 previous OCs. not sure if this will work but they are trying something here with this experience level.
