Because in case of bilateral mistake I.e. mistake of both the parties, the party who has received any kind of benefit have to compensate it to other party according to section 63 I.e. doctrine of restitution

Yes still there is breach of condition and U can repudiate the contract..There r many examples in book also like car was described as giving mileage of 30.but in actual it was giving only 20..so we can knw the reality only after using the goods ..Buyer can repudiate the contract

In this point it is given ki agar koi good aap purchase krte ho to uski implied warranty ya condition uske usage ke sath attach hoti hai. For eg agar AC lia hai to wo cooling dega hi , agr ni de ra to breach hoga.
