my most used are the toddler items to level skills, the canning station and baking oven are great, and i actually love the car fixer upper mostly cause it’s the only car that lets you play the radio while you drive- gives me Sims 2 vibes 😄
I like how you not only rated each item, but also talked about the benefits of each, whether it is a must have/can live without, according to your playstyle. I too love most gardening and cooking items (however, I rarely use the deep fryer, ice cream maker or the fountain, because sims really put on weight too fast...haha). Of course, I love playing with occults, so those magic items would be in my must haves (and Grimm's door is just so iconic and useful). As for the mods to work with each of the premium items, NRaas has fixes for nearly all (or you can find ways to make them run smoother in the NRaas threads). I also kept forgetting about the tablet, but have started using it more lately (whenever I take a break from Sims 2). I love the Rollercoaster, but I agree, it is so difficult to build. I do own the entire Sims 3 Store, but I must admit, I have to limit how much I add into my game save files. I tried running it with all Store content installed (along with all EPs, except Showtime, SPs, except Sweet Treats), and while my gaming computer could handle it all, it just chugged along 😂. Also, I forget who recommended your content, but I am enjoying what I have sern thus far, subscribing now❣👏
I love the Hot Air Balloon!! You can do a few things in the balloon. Your Sims can sight see, share champagne, woohoo, and get engaged. It's one of my favorites to use. The woodfire is my go-to item. I put it in almost every household. 😁 The playpen, walker, and swing are must haves for my households. The playpen is very handy to put outside and put your toddlers in while your gardener Sim works in the garden. 😁
Thanks for putting this together. I am getting back into Sims 3 and have points to spend. It was nice to have a very quick rundown of some of the best items.
Cupcake on the nraas site restocks the bakery! The biggest problem I have with store items is that it's too annoying to reinstall it thru the launcher! I rather they are stuff packs so they don uninstall! Also, turning them into sim packages so you don't have to uninstall them is annoying too! Dragon Valley will never be worth $30 I'm sorry it's not.
Whenever I uninstall Sims 3, I keep the folder in my Documents that has all the Sims 3 stuff in it - mods, worlds, saves, store stuff, etc, and back it up. This makes it pretty easy to restore even if I'm installing on another PC, or I'm simply reinstalling everything after a factory reset! Ugh, Sims 3 store installs really were/are a drag, though!
Cjplays, The Grandpa's Grover Harvester could also make a simple amusement park ride. I saw Wisteria playing with it on a festival grounds that doubled as an amusement park that used it in that manner.
I used the toddler stuff for my not so berry challenge since the Rose sim wasn’t supposed to have much relationship with her kids so they still could learn how to walk and talk
ive been wanting that dang fixer upper for so long. as a car person, the fixer upper is my fav object that i dont have yet. i just wish there was a mod that changed the type of car that you can fic up, but surely that woukdve been too complicated.
Cjplays, Last time I played around with it, the waiters that come with the Business as Usual Bistro, do not serve children, and that was a big negative for me. I have it, but I would prefer to just use the food synthesizers instead, because children can use those and the waiters that they spawn in, will serve children. As long as you don't mind not seeing the chiefs prepare the food, those are better in my opinion
I don't have much premium pack, so your video could be the good guide for what to buy! Thank you! And I agree about items including toddler skill learning is must have.😎
Never leave your sims alone when you have the pan fryer and ice cream machine. My sims were skinny. Woke up the next morning with them being fat as f***. Lots and lots of plates with spoiled fried food left around the house. 😂😂😂

Yes i was just about to comment about the nraas cupcake mod cant use the bakery without it 😃

NRaas Cupcake is a mod that restocks bakeries automatically every day.
I used the food duplicator to ease the workload. I'd have my sim go in to bake early a few things items, then use a number 😜 of duplicates. 😊
I have almost all the premium packs. You educated me on other uses for some of the packs. I appreciate all you do. Thank you 😊😊👍👍
Cjplays,

I love the baby swing cuz it takes up less space than a crib and especially in early game it is hard to have that much space.

So many store items omg thanks for taking one for the team
I love that I could predict your opinion on a lot of them just from watching your streams 😂
Thanks for the informative video, CJ! Just got back to playing again after years. :) Keep up the great work.
You’re welcome!! And thank you I will!! Thank you so much for watching!! 😎💯
I didn’t even know some of this stuff existed! Thank you for this! ❤
You are a saint for making this ❤ very much appreciated 🙏🙏🙏

Aroura skies premium content (playpen and walker) is the most used content in my game so far
New subscriber here 🤙🏼thanks for making this awesome video! I have some SimPoints to burn and was wondering what to get, so this helps a lot.
Thank you so much for subscribing!! And I’m glad that my video could help you!! Thank you so much for watching as well!! 😎💯
I do like the dog refill bowl but it never works for me I never figure out to use it 🙃

I dozed off once during gameplay and that happened. 😂 Had to run those Sims like horses.
Yes lmao I love these items but they won’t stop 😂😂
LOL No, you don't like preservatives, unless you really like chemicals or salt. You DO like preserves, fruit stuf in jars.
I was referring to canning fruits in jars.
Cjplays,
So disappointed that none of the premium store items that I have used any of my worlds have made it, into your must haves.
I stole all the custom store content, it's super easy to pirate it all
Howwww pls
too much money honey
