I've recently found this awesome channel so forgive me if my inquiry has already been covered. I wanted to know the legal/not legal ramifications surrounding exit interviews?? I was under the impression that anything said or not said during an exit interview can be used against the employee in the future hence it would always be in an employee's best interest to never agree to an exit interview once submitting letter of resignation to avoid any issues that may or may not arise in the future
