    Sometimes I wish I could just drink juices and smoothies. Forget food that you have to cook and eat

    It would be really great to see a video about blender juices for those of us without these special gadgets! Maybe a recipe of what to do with the strained pulp as well :)

    On the glucose revolution channel it says totally the opposite. Juicing was basically destroying the fibers that could regulate the sugar spikes from the glucose of the fruits

      There are certainly lots of opinions out there and science to back up both sides of the argument. All I can say is a personal standpoint it really has made a huge difference in my life. But if you aren’t into it, you aren’t and that’s fine too.☺️

    Juicing For Me, The Sky's The Limit, However Smoothies For Me Are Limited Cause I'm Allergic To Bananas And Avocados, I Can Only Do Mangoes And Coconuts With Greens And Berries. I Once Did A 1 Week Raw Whole Soaked Almonds And Green Tea Fast And Lost 8 Pounds After A Cruise.

    I wonder if you could use these juices for a colonoscopy prep? They say "clear" liquids. These would be much better for you than store bought apple juice.

    The recipes sound so refreshing! What I don't understand: You only can have the benefits of curcuma, if also using pepper 🤔

      To increase the bio availability, you can use black pepper, but you can also use quercetin-rich foods
      like apples, berries, red grapes, and onions. So if you have it in a juice like the one I shared here you’re still getting the benefits ☺️

    Just a query..when you do juicing, how much water do you drink?Do you still consume a lot of water while juicing?

      Great question. I still recommend drinking water as well. See how you feel, you may need a little less than normal or the same amount you regularly consume.
