thanks for the detailed info. shipped my bike from the east coast to visit family here and wanted to ride some great socal trails. since im soloing all my rides, your detailed guide helped a great deal.
Now they are waning signs that Ralphs parking are for shoppers only. You can park across the street close to Outback Steakhouse . They is a trail which goes under Portola Pkwy that leads to the Trail head. Great video, loved it.
I really enjoy these trail guide videos. That footage going down live oak was really cool! I just went to oaks yesterday for my first time. Thanks for taking the time to make these!
Thanks for the feedback and for watching Roger. I just got my gimbal back from repair, so more guides will be coming shortly. Let me know if there's a ride you would like to see featured. ;)
Ridden the luge a few times but alway took the right down the fire road instead of left where the ranch is. Thx man will be hitting that up in a few weeks.
The picture quality on that Rylo didn't really look bad at all..especially for just fooling around and not worrying about pro level vids. Sweet. Btw, did you do anything to help with the audio?.. supposedly an issue but it sounded decent here. Thanks.
Thanks for watching Manny. The wind is definitely an issue for the Rylo, but I found a fix for it. I'm about to make a video explaining how I fixed this issue with a before and after example. Please stick around and subscribe to get my full explanation. It changed the entire video experience for me. Coming this week!
I always put my strava for that info below the video: www.strava.com/activities/1576755382/overview Thanks for tuning in! This was one of my first vids. 😉
I’m 50 years old and have been riding for 9 years. There is no chance I’d ever try the Luge. But I love watching these videos. Lol
Haha keep shredding my man!
Afraid of heights too my friend?

Love hearing that! 🫡

Thanks Steve! Lame they're doing that as most riders are customers either on the way in or out of the ride. Thanks for watching. ;)
Buy the year pass for the local forests. it's like $30 and can be used anywhere in California pretty much
True true. 👊
Loved the step by step instructions on how to get the bike over the gate. Lol. I ride all the trails you made the video for. Keep up the great work!!
Love hearing that - that's why I started the channel! And yeah...gates are complicated. ;) Thanks Edward.
Ayyyye the rattlesnake! Another great video, man! Really love them. :)
Haha that was a big one! Thanks Michele!
Like a cheese grater with sauce all over it. Awesome description man, haha! Thanks for the videos
Thanks for watching!
I miss riding this trail. Thanks for the reminding me how much I am missing. I will ride it again soon.
You should!
that part you sped up the video with the sound effects of drag racing...almost fell out of my chair! haha
Haha awesome.
I love your videos. You explain everything so well. Also, I've always wanted a loud hub.. I think I changed my mind..lol... Good videos..
Thank you! Haha my vids take you off the hub or what? 🤦🏻♂️

@@TheOutsiderMTB I wouldn't mind joining ya on a ride. Jumps are my thing, but still a newbie here in SoCal so hard finding the good trials
Sounds cool Ryan - have you checked out Skypark yet? Some great jump lines up there.
Ok so except for top 6 crashes (I feel the pain) I have officially watched every one of your videos. Love the channel. Keep up the vids
Love that - thank for your time and being a part of the channel!
Dam dude! You ride fast! 🤙🏻
👊🏼

Good stuff. 👊
I always park by McDonalds. Never had a problem. Even for the Whiting-Luge loop and 2hr ride on the dot. I highly suggest that spot.
Nice - thanks for the heads up!
Great video! Thanks!
it saddens me that all theis wilderness has gone up in smoke with the recent wildfire.. it hit Whiting pretty hard :(
Agreed.

Dang, the snakes!!
🤣
Troy Lee trail in Corona.. access is through Skyline trail.. let’s see you smash that trail..
I’ll look into that one!
When you were going to Cooks it sounded like you have a gass bike. That is bad there is Mountain Lions on the Luge! Abort Bike on Right!
Gas bike? I have a regular mtb.
@@TheOutsiderMTB I was joking because you were making the motor cycle noises with your mouth on the way to Cooks in this video.
Is your handlebar on backwards? 🔎
Yes it is!
what is the mileage for this ride ?? looks like a good one

Are e-bike's allowed in Luge? BTW, I'm 63 yo :)
I think it’s a grey area. Not technically but it’s not something that you’ll get “in trouble” for.
@@TheOutsiderMTB BTW, loved the details in direction

Nice video, but those i9’s start to really annoy after a bit.
Do i9s come on the Jeffsy?
The Jeffsy comes with e thirteen TRS 27 hubs but these seems extra noisy
Don't park at Ralph's, you will get towed.
Just pay the $3 and help support the park
Been doing that since. Good call. 👊🏼
