Okay, needless to say I'm familiar with some of these shortcuts, though I'm impressed with others especially that last one
That’s not really a shortcut since it gets advance of a game glitch, but it’s fine for the video
The last one only works with the super turbo pads cheat, in fact i think a good couple of others do too. It does work though me and my friends used to do it alot.

Wow as a kid I spent hours and hours looking for new shortcuts, thought I know this tracks like my house but still a few of them surprised me now ;-) To bad those were times without internet.
I beat oxide on every track and didn’t know about some of these extra shortcuts. Definitely would’ve saved me a bunch of time and stress

Lmao the most glitchy and difficult shortcut is Tiziano's Shortcut for Papu's Piramid. Basically how to do a lap in 4 seconds

Awesome, you missed a couple in Oxide Station though (to shorten the beginning of the first lap), as well as one at the beginning of Hot Air Skyway (skipping the circle turn bit).

Sometimes I will turn that code on just for the satisfaction of that big ass jump in Hot Air Skyway that leads to the finish line .. Once you land it just feels so good lol

Tiny and Dingo have the best top speed (7/7). The trade off is that they have the worst handling (1/7) and acceleration (3/7). Speedrunners favour Coco (and N. Gin) because they have the best acceleration (7/7), and moderate top speed (4/7) and handling (3/7). Polar and Pura have the best handling (7/7), but the lowest top speed (3/7), with an acceleration of (4/7). Crash and Cortex are all-rounders, at (5/7) for all three stats.
Oxide has 7/7 for all stats.
As does Penta Penguin, but only on Pal and NTSC-J.
Chrono Pie so we can say that acceleration is better than speed?
arito3 Yes, since in racing games you have to constantly slow down or turn. And getting hit by weapons

lol I have completed this entire game and never learned a single shortcut besides the really obvious ones like 2:17. I played this game when I was around 6 or 7 so I wasn't smart enough to find these shortcuts I just followed the road :)

Zlicxz City no you don't. I jump up on the ramp before to get the landing boost then jump up again to get the shortcut.
Amateurs, you don't need the mask for any of the shortcuts just makes it easier
