I was we watching this movie a year ago, laughing it up...when half way through it hit me... I am 40. I am older than most of the people in this movie having a mid life crisis. Talk about a blow to the ego.
On a serious note, that is exactly how I want to go when my time is up. Those guys didn’t recklessly abused an elderly nor did they treated him as a charity case. He literally was one of the BOYS!!! Spent the last stretch of his life having epic fun.
Nah he’d seen it all at that point. War, peace, prosperity, technology, but at pushing 89 years of age, couldn’t have the college experience because of WW2. Old man wouldn’t shut up about it
