My 2002 Z3 M roadster ripped the shock towers after some performance mods getting more power out of the NA motor 330rwhp/300rwftlb on the S54. Minor mods all in all. Full exhaust, all 6 throttle bodies worked over, port & polish heads, computer works, vanos mods, and some more done back in 2002 when I was new. I got it in 2003 with all the work done and it was a monster. It eats tires 275/35r17 BMW (bbs) wheels. I have no turbo lags or supercharge wine all motor. It is so much fun. Love seeing all the love the new Z4 (Supra) gets. Not maybe BMW’s get the love they need.

I get what you mean and I agree, but at the same time not really.. drifting is so predictable and smooth (once you know how to do it), and even tho his cars are very gripped up, they are build to handle and are so much easier to control.. where as unexpectedly loosing control SO violently and all out of nowhere with these tyres on that surface.. I feel like it's a completely another animal and a completely separate skill to master ;d

Fix those weakpoints and find new ones, after enough runs it'll get better and better and last longer and longer between things shattering. ...Launch control, ALS, shift lights... so many freaking systems we didn't know about or didn't need 20 years ago. Back then you literally had to know and feel your car for a perfect start and race. High rpm at the ideal launchspot (best whilst stepping on the brake to have max load), releasing the clutch when the engine turns up, double-clutch, changing gears at perfect BHP and off you go! Back then 1/4 mile was sport and only the best drivers won. Nowadays the kids stall their engines, launch at low rpm and then telling everybody the systems won't work...
Zeroy needs one of two combos. You can run a 17" with a 305/45 17 radial or a 15" with the same combo. With the 15" it'll need base brakes. Either can be done with a radial but takes even more stress off the drivetrain if you use a bias ply. Otherwise the shock of launch will continue to break things. The 18" radial is not enough sidewall to absorb the shock.
I just want you to know how cool I think your 370Z's engine noise is inside the cabin at 10:50. When you initially gassed it in 2nd and 3rd, the sound of a high revved and powerful V6 being floored was incredible. I've listed to it for over an hour.
