I bet You've already seen the Z2 project my friend... it's amazing! - Do you remember we mentioned about building your own trailer? well this guys blew off my mind!
I love the modular aspect. I just wish you offered a larger cabin in a 9' to 10' cabin size to accommodate a ~24" galley and taller people. I've also read that there is no insulation on the side walls. Is this still the case?
We love the interior wood look and feel vs an all metal design (plus the cost and weight benefits). That's not to say it's just a wood trailer. Every one of our trailers is completely surrounded in aluminum (including the bottom), so you're always protected from the elements.
How are these trailers on the interstate at 70 mph with a fully articulated hitch (and no apparent stabilization system), from say Utah to Tennessee then back to Summit or Eagle County Colorado?
No built-in water but there’s lots of options for adding some! Yakima Roadshower on the crossbars or something like rotopax or jerry cans mounted to the sides or front. Totally customizable.
"Your Trailer is Never Obsolete" Love it! 80lbs load rating, woot woot! I was looking forward to seeing the 2024 changes. You delivered!

This build is perfect 👍🏻
Seems like a quality built unit. I must be getting old, we were happy with a Coleman lantern and some shady ass propane heater 😂
Cant wait to pick mine up!

awesome!!
Really liking these trailers! What is the typical lead time on a build?
We schedule our pick up dates for the end of every month. We’ve got one more slot in January, one in February, then April.
@@zionoffroad Perfect, thank you for the quick reply! You are not a far drive from me here in AZ
@@AZOverland2017 ya, come on by sometime and check them out in person!
@@AZOverland2017 Let me know when you are ready and we can do a road trip and make a video or two!
Very cool. Do you guys plan on swapping out your wood for aluminum for your builds?

They track extremely well on the highway and because of the smaller size, your turning radius isn’t too bad either.
Can I fit 6 lug GM rims on the hubs you offer...?
Yes, our hubs are the same size, 6x5.5. Send us an email and we'll talk more in detail: sales@zionoffroad.com
Do these come with water tank or can one be added?

how much is this
The base model Z1 is $12,900 and the Stage 5 comes in at $24,900. Or you can mix and match accessories to get the price point to wherever you want!
