Very nice 👌 looking mjolnir
Thank you very much!
Came from the ad! Love your videos!!
Thank you, glad you're enjoying!
And glad those ads are working!😁
This is so interesting.I like the wide shots. You are a bad-ass for recording this.I hope you get 10 Million Subs.
Thank you very much, I really appreciate that!!
@@JustJoshinAround No Problem man. Keep up the good work.
Your best build yet! That looks amazing!
Thanks man, I'm very happy with it.
Whoa! Beautiful work Josh. You had me laughing out loud: army of deadites, toast setting, and when your wife had to come move the hammer. Props for your wife! She is worthy. The outro is gold Jerry gold!
Thanks Jeff, I'm glad you liked it. This project was challenging but really fun to make. And yeah, any time I can squeeze in an Evil Dead/Army of Darkness reference, is a win hahaha
@@JustJoshinAround sure bro. Still remember watching Army of Darkness with you in my old apartment
@@fantasynerd8 oh yeah man, your guidance through cult classics and nerd culture made me the man I am today 😆😆😆
@@JustJoshinAround you were and our little brother. You learned well Padawan.
@@fantasynerd8 Haha thanks man
Great build and looks awesome! It must still be heavy with those big blocks of wood for the hammer part!
Thanks! And yep, most definitely haha
That’s one fine prop, sir. It’s “worthy” of me now subscribing to your channel. Thank you for the excellent content. Please keep it coming.
Haha, thank you very much! Your comment is certainly worthy of 👍👍!!
That was amazing man, good job!
Thanks Nick!
I found this video on an ad but i absolutely love these kinds of videos so immediately i am intrigued by your channel. Though the runes aren't actually a writing, they're a form of sacred symbols as the vikings didn't have a true writing form until much much later, they did a thing with pictures. But then again it is Marvel and Marvel do what Marvel does best, make weird things happen because yes. (I absolutely adore Marvel)
Thanks for checking out my content. I'm glad to spark an interest in my channel, I hope you enjoy some of my stuff. I try to mix it up between common woodworking projects and more nerd-based projects in an attempt to keep things fresh haha.
And I appreciate the explanation - I think i heard part of the rune origins before on a documentary or something, but I like your summary. And yes, Marvel loves to mix things up a bit haha.
Thanks for watching and for the comment!
You deserve more subscribers!
thank you very much!
What dimensions of lumber did you use ? Build list available ?
Oh boy, just trying to remember - I'm pretty sure they were all 1x6's but I can't recall how long I cut each piece. I'll try to get the overall dimensions for you.
And sorry, I don't have a cut list or plans.
How do you not have more subscribers. Looks awesome! Just gotta ask out of curiosity how many hours it actually took you to make this. But the detail was worth it.
Not gonna lie, that's a question I ask myself a lot too haha. And thank you very much!
I'm not exactly sure how long it took, but I think it was at least 10+ hours.
Thanks again, I really appreciate it!
Hi Josh, great job on this project. I was wondering what mixture ratio you used for your shoe polish and graphite weathering?
Thank you! And great question - I didn't have an exact ratio, but I'd say that the consistency/thickness of the mixture was almost like chocolate milk. One thing to note is that the shoe polish that I used here is much stronger than the stuff I'd normally use (it was on clearance at Walmart), so that has a bearing on how dark the effect is. But honestly, the big thing was just using trial-and-error to achieve the right effect - if I had too much mixture, I'd scrub it off more, or if the mixture was too thick, I'd thin it out with a tiny bit of water, etc...
Sorry I don't have a more specific answer, but I hope that helps!
@@JustJoshinAround This is perfect, thank you! I'm in the process of making my own version of the hammer and I've been using your paint process for the mallet; it's been very helpful. Thanks again!
@@christopherthompson8437 absolutely! I'm glad to help in any way!
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👌👌👌👌👌👌👌
Thank you very much!
Jeloú
Sure it ain’t Dwarf made but it’s the best you can get on earth
Hahaha thanks
May I know the dimensions of the wooden boards you used?
Now you only need to find a way to make it come to Your hand fly with it.
Oh man, if only! Hahaha
What are the dimensions of the blocks?
The top says "whoever holds this hammer shall control the lightning and the storm"
Awesome, thanks for the tip!
Really makes you think.
How many Groots worth of wood does he go through for each project?
😳😳😳
Worlds chealest wood lathe lmao
Hahaha for sure!
