This is one of the sort of houses that i would place randomly in a new world, and with a single Sim i would start in a cheap house with like no money, and just try to get the money and a family to eventually move into the house!!! Congrats this is an extremely impressive house!!!!!

Bumblebee458 I could, but base game decorations are quite bland and the furniture andcutter would be very repititve. Custom content furniture also messes up the quality of my game :/

Vixella, if you get a pool make sure you get a salt water one and it's heated. I have a heated pool and OH MY GOD it's great! We don't leave it heated all the time but when it gets cold like in winter you can turn up the heat and swim when there's snow! It's also freakin amazing just floating in the pool at night!

I adore houses. I'm fifteen and I scout out houses online and if there's an open house, my mom and I will usually check it out. I've looked for apartments in all the areas close to the colleges I want to visit when it comes time to choose one. I love finding houses and looking at their floor plans. I'm really into older houses, like the ones built from 1950 and older. I guess I could say it's a hobby, but I'm pretty sure it's more of an obsession lol

I love this build!! And I always have the same problem with big builds. I get way overwhelmed with having to furnish the inside and it not look too empty. I also love more adult house talk b/c I'm looking for a house too. But where I live it's soooo hard to find what we want at the right price. But the search continues! Good luck on yours!

I live in Texas but me and my family live in a smallish house (it's very small compared to my old house) and the bigger houses in the area are quite expensive. We have a large backyard so we have room to get a pool and my dog loves to swim so she would love it but we can't get one and we can't even move to a bigger house. I bet that as soon as me and my sister are both in college my parents will have decided to redo the house or buy a new house

I live in Oregon, and my great aunts are selling a small house for $450,000, I've been in there and it has 3 small bedrooms and 2 small bathroom, and the prices for houses in Oregon are so high because so many people are moving here, and I don't recommend it all!

I can so relate with you because I'm 13 but I love the idea of home reality and home design and I talk people's ears off about how much I love that stuff and the house I'm in now we just bought it and plan on re-doing the whole thing and I'm sooo excited because I get to help with re-designing it 😊😊😊
