In the Philippines, we cook bitter melon in a similar way, but with pork not Spam. If we don't have pork, then just eggs. Now I'm curious if it's better with Spam. 😊
The dish is call Goya Chanpura😉 It has pork, spam, dried tofu and egg inside! Sounds really similar with the one in Philippines 🇵🇭 🤗

38.4 isn´t high fever - It´s fever yes, but high fever is 39! (as our pediatrician used to say) - but anyhow, I love the groceries =)
