@Rikuhh crazier that the best way to experience league of legends is doing anything other than playing league of legends. Watch animations or just watch Arcane, just dont play that game. Gacha games have problems but no Hoyoverse game is gonna call you fifty different slurs and tell you to kill yourself ten times in half an hour like a single game of league will.

If you want to play a game like that, it exists. It's called Warframe. Also, not just Warframe. There's also Vanquish. A badass third person shooter where you play as guy wearing suit exactly like that and you kick endless robot butt.
If Anthem was a better game I'd recommend it too, but alas. It's crazy how much like Warframe Glamoth's story is, though. An "Empire" using child supersoldiers in plug suits forced to operate human-sized mechs created using the power of their enemies, and after they wiped out their enemies, their creations turned on them.
2 people in this comment section are misunderstanding something. Zelphyn was referring to if you want to not feel bored playing HSR in Endgame or when a new update releases, its better to not spend money to get in-game stuff if you want to feel the joy of getting the new characters and such.

I don't get what people find so complicated or convoluted about hsr. Goofy space crew cures planets from magic cancer, that's it. Other titles try so much harder to be complex, this one doesn't take itself seriously and people still get confused.

I absolutely get what you are saying and agree that those chatters are ignorant. I will say however their animations are far better then their actual delivery in game. The biggest problem with Hoyo and story telling in game is they break the golden rule of show don't tell. They deliver 90% of the information through dialogue, exposition, and lore, instead of having you actually experience the story via gameplay. Their games stories would be soo much better if they slowed down their content release cycle and actually delivered these experiences in game through gameplay and cut scenes instead of just having characters sit there and exposit information to you for hours at a time.

The train got swallowed by one in Argenti's quest, there's mentions and bug enemies everywhere in the story, Ruan Mei wanted to spawn a clone of the emanator... it was worthy of the title "disaster".
@@madfritz3873 Afaik Tayzzyronth was assassinated by other Aeons and there's still a risk of rebirth/reincarnation, but admittedly I didn't look further into the details of death, just the summary of the content. From memory it mentioned how Aeons fought until the final brutal blow was dealt by Qliphoth. The remnants still exist to this day, and when Firefly was fighting in the video Glamoth Empire didn't even exist anymore, just the council that keeps the swarm extermination going. Even without all that, the whole point of the bioweapons is that they grow fast and die faster, living to fight and die for the empire without falling into the wrong hands. Without the armor they die quickly, without a continuity error from this animation these theories can't stand. People are just thinking this took place inside the Aeon war.

Asmon has made clear on stream that while he doesn’t care for the gameplay, he does genuinely enjoy the story and plots, even the side quests. Which is a bit jarring for me since I expected the reverse xD

If it's bad, then it's bad, even if the story is good. It can even slip your mind even if you're paying attention.

Dude, Honkai is a gacha game, it makes waaay more money than any anime 😂 Anime doesn't make money, it's the merch that does. People already spend up to hundreds and thousands of real money in-game trying to get certain characters, there is no profit in making a show/movie. If they do, it'd be purely for the fans.

Really good visuals but IMO doesn't quite live up to mihoyo's HI3 animated shorts in terms of the emotional impact. Though I also get that this is all hand-drawn frames as opposed to the 3D style of past shorts. So I'll see how they get better from here.
