I don't recommend to any one. 100 days trail is just bogus. They do not take the product return. What they will reply to you is Your address is not Serviceable for pick up. I wonder for delivery it is not a problem. But for return they do have service issues. And they also ask us to move the product to serviceable pincode. Is it kind of joke?
No one in our family has back pain issues. We like to sleep on firm mattress in general. You can buy and check it for her as they have 100 days return policy too.

The mattress is exactly in the same condition. As this has a memory foam, it has taken the shape of our families sleeping position. Which doesn't show up on top surface. Incase you change sides with your partner, you will get a backache. So one has to sleep at their own side only.
Not recommended at all for anyone above 80Kg weight range or have back issues requiring firm mattress. We couldn’t sit on it without getting sunk within it. Sides felt extremely risky for us. Anyone else?

The delay in delivery is unacceptable, and attempts to contact them have been futile. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Flo Mattress at all costs. Their lack of professionalism and nonexistent customer support make for a terrible shopping experience.

It took around 3-4 weeks as mine was customised as per size requirements.

Mattress height should be 8inches for weight over 80 Kg.
