So it was Wednesday and I was sleeping and I woke up at 7 and panicked because I thought it was Friday and was confused why no one was panicking and going to school then I went downstairs and asked my dad why we didn’t have school....

Just a tip for when you skateboard. It’s recommended that you don’t skateboard when it’s really wet or raining out because your board can get water logged which decreases the pop when you’re doing tricks. It can also wreck your bearings and you won’t be able to roll as well. Of course you can still ride in the rain I just wanted to give you a little heads up on what can happen. The video was amazing! Keep doing what you’re doing.
Waking up at 5am is the usual for me. My school starts 8:15. Traffic is horrible & I live far. So yeah ☕️. This challenge would have been easy 😭

Your body has a circadian rhythm. That means doing things in a cycle for long enough that it turns into a routine. Yes you can go to sleep earlier or wake up earlier but you will still be tired because your body isn’t used to the routine

Well I’m planning to do this for The first day of school is I’m gonna go to bed at 8 o’clock and then I’m gonna wake up at 5:00 and get ready because you can be at school by 7:00 but you can get in the school at 7:30

I’m forced to wake up at that time every single day of my entire school life yet for some reason I still end up late.

-put your alarm on your desk,not next to you
-everyday wake up 15 minutes earlier
-if you can’t wake up even after you turned off ur alarm,just sit up and start thinking
