There are a few reasons why a Salesforce license might not appear in Trailhead. First, check if the license is available for your account in the "Licenses" section of your Trailhead profile. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, then select Users. Click Edit next to a user’s name. Deselect the Active checkbox, and then click Save.
