    Feeler guage was used to set gap on car engine spark plugs. In the past I used feeler guages to set the gap after cleaning the plugs and ran that same set of spark plugs for 15 years from new, cleaning every 3-5 years. Now my current car has spark plugs but they are inside the engine so now it requires dissassembly of the front of the engine to change the spark plugs.... at a cost of over $400... just to change the plugs!!!

      @@HaseebElectronics Occasionally I used them at my job also. I worked as 1st Class Machinist on CNC machines. Some jobs had threads and special thread guages for tapered threads used in gas and oil industry was used with the feeler guage to check the gap between guage aand a square shoulder to know if the thread was cut correctly. The shoulder gap tolerance was +-0.050" which is when cutting thread +-0.002" on diameter.

    Good day Haseeb, appreciate your tutorial videos which have encouraged me into DIY in basic electronics.
    I have a Prag 10kva Servo voltage stabilizer with control board problem. The culprit is the mcu(SAS1011), the board is TL-P04MSV13 (available in the internet) but not much info about the mcu(pin-out/reliable seller) in the internet.
    I need help in finding a replacement chip if possible.
    Tried putting links but no success.

    To make an isolation transformer;
    If I connect an 220v to 110v step down converter
    and 110v to 220v step up converter bact to back(220-110-110-220),
    can I have an isolation transformer to use on repairing faulty circuits and using osciloscope at non-isolated circuits?
