Pile 3: I have PTSD from being bullied as a child and I never got closure or an apology for it. I’ve never been able to heal or forget what happened (my bully DID spend a few months in jail after hs for unrelated matters so I feel some sort of cathartism from that) and it’s been the same energy for the last 20 years. I started crying partway through because I’ve been dealing with this for so long and you pinpointed it in words that nobody’s really been able to say. And I’m only on the first card!

@@EsoTarothi eso, this is quite unrelated and I don't know if it's appropriate for me to ask you this, do you have adhd?, have you taken or do u take meds..if so what kind of impact do they have on you including in terms of your intuition and capability to connect with spirit? I don't but I think it would really help me if you could answer, actually I have been recently diagnosed I am 22-23 and it's a lot to handle, I live in India n most people including my parents don't understand it believe in it there's stigma etc., Your readings actually helped me get this diagnosis when I asked for guidance and was really struggling to make a decision explore this possibility accept it etc,not once but twice , once you mentioned adhd energy in a "know your self" kina reading, n once you read or talked about something from sari' golden's book " radical acceptance for women with adhd" they were the sings and confirmation I needed to go ahead.
I still feel so unsure about everything, there's lot of grief, resentment, anger but also relief and I have decisions to make regd. Treatment n so much more I hardly have resources and I still feel scared and sad.
But it made me realise how hard I had been on myself, suddenly everything made sense undiagnosed adhd and no. Support led to anxiety, depression, severe suicidal ideation I had a breaking point in college and this sadness the really bad mental health as now I am finally getting better I see has taken away years from me I have been completely dsyfunctional for 2 years but froze almost 4 1/2 years ago it's taken almost 5 years from me , I always thought I was not allowed to be sad n I never understood why I always felt tiered and overwhelmed, I hated being sensitive and I thought it was weak of me to feel that way, but looking back after diagnosis I see how resilient I have been how my optimism and imagination offered me support when I had none and when the world was not very nice to me.
I was usually able to good in academics at least for tests that count... slowly procastination became worst n anxiety really took a toll it was imp for me bcz that's the only thing that I was ever appreciated or respected for oh she's weird n crazy but she scores really well at times n stuff otherwise I d just be crazy n weird, but I knew how have fun, do what bought me joy as a kid, make excuses to paint, dance without choreography I loved theatre participated and won despite of being discriminated...but with time trying to fix everything that I couldn't do I lost everything I enjoyed and everything I was good at, it really crushed me, it's difficult to do practical things when u have adhd and it's difficult to explore your intrests when u don't have money not even enough money to feel safe and have agency spcly as a female...the security stuff .

Pile 1 ❤ thank you so much ❤ I loved what you said in the end about “dynamic action that can gets lot of the mental energy out and thanks to take there can be space for calm and stillness”. I think it’s really what I need, because I’m trying to find a way to make my creativity and imagination my job ( I love to express myself in many ways: painting, acting ect..) and it’s so hard sometimes to manage everything, because I can really be my worst enemy (even if I’m working on that). I get stuck easily on repetitive pattern of thoughts and action that don’t serve my highest good and it’s an everyday challenge to face them! I was drawn to all three piles, and as soon as I saw the first few cards of each of them I knew exactly why. I just binged this entire video, many tears and laughs and gasps were had, and I know now more than ever that I am on the path to healing from all this. My main focus needs to be accepting myself and my present for exactly what it is while still being open and eager to grow, holding grace and forgiveness for myself and others for my past, and most of all looking expectantly and joyfully toward the future. Feeling afraid, sad, or angry is completely valid, but *abiding* in a constant state of fear, sadness, and/or anger is not healthy. Pile #3. Thank you for this message, I really needed to hear it. I've been learning how to forgive as of late and I feel so much pain and anger in my heart when I think of everyone who has wronged me, I keep reminding myself that karma will get them and I just need to keep moving forward; although I know the best way to move forward is to understand that I never deserved any of it and move on with grace. Hurt people hurt people and I felt as if my life has been so difficult since I was a kid. I'm starting to meet people that love me and care for me in ways I've never received by being more open and letting go of past wounding and fears.
To anyone who also got pile 3, you always deserved loved and even if you feel so closed off from the world, once you are ready, there will be people waiting to love you just for you. There is no need to hide anymore or perform for love. You are safe to be seen and heard
I tried and nobody is ready to meet me with love. I still feel like people are just trying to use me or control me
it's a process. you will eventually learn how to easily discern who is not for your highest good. you won't have to go through months of dealing with people like this only to see their true colors; you'll eventually get to a point where you can easily spot them from a mile away or sense their energy. it takes time and it's really just a lot of trial and error. the more you say no to who doesn't align, the better your life will be
