  • The Double Crochet Cluster stitch is so pretty! It has a great solid textured fabric. The look and feel is the same on both sides!

I love your stitch tutorials. I donate scarves to the homeless and work up these new-to-me stitches as scarves. This stitch looks like it would make a really warm scarf. Thank you, Claire

That texture is so pronounced with that yarn you are using. If you only use one color, the stitches pop!

Thank you so much, I've started a scarf using this stitch pattern. It's a very easy stitch that's very pretty. It's a dense pattern that will help keep the person warm this winter that I'm making the scarf for. This will be one of my go to pattern going forward.

Can you show clearly where you put in the hook on the double crochet cluster stitch in the previous row.

I’d like to know where you insert the needle on the flip side of this project to begin a new cluster. You say insert the needle into the cluster, but where?

I have a crocheted blanket that I made in the 1980's when I first started crocheting and I can't remember what the stitch I used is. Is there anyway I can send a picture to you, and would you be willing to tell me the pattern? Looking through youtube at various stitches I still haven't figured out the pattern.

In general, does it really matter if you chain before or after you turn? I’ve seen both.
