The first time I ever heard this song, I felt like I'd known it forever. Anyone else feel something like that?
the instrumental part, yes.
A song filled with memories for me. Makes my eyes watery just be listening to it. Brings up a feeling of lost times, of times that I didn't appreciate enough at the time. Reminds me of a person that I love/d so dearly. This song bares with it a feeling of beginning but also an end. A bittersweet nostalgia.

Listened to Wild Nothing on repeat when I landed in Delhi in 2011 and was just trying to sleep. Never thought about the emotions it might bring up over ten years later.
This is simultaneously one of the happiest songs and saddest songs ever.

This song always reminds me of a trip with all of my friends. I used to walk along the ocean and just listen to this song. Whenever I listen to this song, I close my eyes, and I see all my friends, my ex girlfriend and the ocean. This is why I love this song. It just gives me all these feelings back

This song, and actually the whole album, takes me back to those evening drives in the summer... those carefree days where I wasn't plagued by anxiety. It felt so simple back then.
I never really thought about the lyrics until I was reminded of them from what my friend said. That his ideals will never be real, that perfection is unattainable, so all he can do is dream and wait until he dies. It feels a lot more visceral now listening to this song and being reminded of what he goes through. Fuck depression man.

Sounds like 'Felt', back from the yester-years of great 80s music. Really relaxing, beach feel, but harkens back to the Smiths early work as well. Still has a place in New Wave revival, but I think this goes beyond that.
It's pretty and lush and cool. I get it, and like it, and that's all that matters.
i actuallly do this all the time but it doesn't feel good. i tend to live in dreams quite literally. i wake up from a dream when i've already had enough sleep, i get up, take a piss but then just end up really wanting to get to experience the rest of that dream so i go back to bad, experience the rest of the dream, wake up hours later in the evening and realize that i've wasted a whole day of my life for a dream. i hate myself so much every time that i do this.

Dude. I know that feel.. Nowadays I just cant seem to enjoy getting high anymore. Nothing like back in the day. Maybe that turned out well though.
I think it's mostly related to age. I had a lot less to worry about back then. My parents haven't found out about me smoking either which really destroyed my ability to enjoy weed because they would keep me under constant monitoring. I started to get paranoid as shit and that slowly turned into me not enjoying it at all.
