I've always felt Uther isn't a true healer because his healing numbers are low-ish and that's supposed to be offset by his heals giving armor. But armor doesn't help post taking damage usually. He's always been a tank who can heal you and minions a little bit to me.

what is the diff between your lv 1 and 4 talents and the one with globes?
Well, the globe talent is overall worse than passive at 1. Its bonus mana regen is too low to be valuable enough when you complete the quest, and 10% bonus spell power granted too late to be good. The passive one allows to stack your iceblock quest faster, makes you stronger PvE and it's just more cc, which is always nice. While the mana talent at 4 gives more than enough mana to sustain yourself.
