Thanks! Tricky one as there are several ways to tweak the sound either with your audio interface or your editing software and the change will always be different for each person. Plus I'm still learning myself! I'll have a think about a future vid, thanks for the suggestion! At the moment I'm running the mic onto the 'Vocaster One' and then mostly just doing some volume boost in Davinci Resolve.
@@arcadespawn In fact, I don't even have an audio interface yet, I'm using the AM8 via USB and adjusting it on the steelseries GG. Basically I only use the mic for meetings and chat on discord, along with my IEM Tinta S
Sounds like the way to go for that kind of use! I think the AM8 sounds pretty well rounded as it is. Although I still prefer to use a pop filter with it.

That does make things difficult for sure. Maybe try reducing the gain if you're set too high to try and reduce the background noise getting picked up.

Budget is obviously relative to the cost range of the gear available. For a proper mic for content creation, this is at the budget end.
