0. Phūlan kī chandrakalā, sīs phūl phūlan kau;
phūlan ke jhūmkā hai, shravan sukumārī ke.
Shri Radha-ji’s crown is made of flowers and
all her head-adornments are (lovely) flowers.
1. Phūlan kī bandanī, vishāl nāth phūlan kī;
Phūlan kau bainda bhāl, rājat dulārī ke.
The lovely maiden’s ears are decorated with dangling
flowers and flowers make up her garland & nose-ring.
2. Phūlan kī champā kalī, hār gal phūlan ke;
phūlan ke gajarā hai, lalit nav pyārī ke.
Gorgeously attractive is her forehead-dot which is also
made of flowers & so are her necklace & long-garland.
This sweet young lady has flowers tied into her plaits.
3. Phūlan se pag me’ hai pāyal, Nārāyan jū;
phūle bhāg sadā lāl, lādlī hamārī ke. (ĀĪŪṛāīūḥɛ)
The poet Shri Narayan says: Her anklets are also
made with flowers and our beloved Shri Krishna
and his Darling always appear to be blossoming.
