from watching other videos the reason there is oil on the sensor is because your axle seal is leaking, check and fix that first and your sensor may work again.

Why does your 2016 have drum brakes?
It doesn't, it has disc brakes. The brake shoes your seeing are the parking brake shoes - they ride in a drum inside the rear of the rotor.
