Investing in alternative income streams that are independent of the government should be the top priority for everyone right now. especially given the global economic crisis we are currently experiencing. Stocks, gold, silver, and virtual currencies are still attractive investments at the moment.

I make passive and active income from investing into the stock market and also getting dividends while still trading on a 7 figure portfolio with currency pairs, etfs, bonds, digital currencies and other assets, i use a Fiduciary investment broker, it has been a year and half of steady financial growth

Patriots! Real patriots. Robert, thank you for your service in Vietnam. Ken, thank you for your obvious sincerity. RFK Junior? Yes, a patriot as well. Thank you all for a breath of fresh air in a time of polarization and I believe intentional confusion inflicted by the current administration. Keep it simple… hard assets… invest in yourself.

And if you say that long enough you will be correct eventually. I can't watch any more interviews with him, I know what he is going to say. The end is near.... But his book is awesome and everyone should read it.

If buffet selling, then is this a good time to buy stocks? I know everyone is saying stocks are at a discount and all but just how long will It take to recover or am I better off putting my money elsewhere. I need a lot as rent, inflation alone eat up almost all of what I make with dependents and other obligations included. Tbh it's an uncertain year for me.

people calling stocks momentum a flunk aren't considering the long run. The companies themselves have not changed, it's the market that changed. Steady as it goes, and it'll regroup in weeks.

    • @ethelbertt
      @ethelbertt หลายเดือนก่อน +3

If you are not too savvy with the market, it’s the best time! just buy and hold on strong companies or best you seek out areas within sectors that can help you sustain a balance in both growth and value overtime. In certain cases, it's even easier to speak with someone enlightened to determine options best meant for you, I personally did this, and it works pretty well..

I read Rich Dad Poor Dad and I followed it in my younger working years.
If you are not going to be a Dr. or Lawyer and go with blue collar you can still become wealthy. But work for companies that offer defined pension. Stay away from the 401 k.
That was good advice Mr. Kyosaki gave.
And real estate that didn’t provide income is not an asset. So I bought a duplex.
The only thing that I don ‘t agree with is going into deep debt. Ken and Robert do… I think it is a bad idea for the regular person.

I love ya Robert, but go easy on us stackers. We're not at your level but at least we're earning more than we're spending and putting aside something for our future. We're positioning ourselves better than people who are not saving or are positioned in treasuries or other inherently worthless assets.
Once these bubbles collapse, we will need an immediate transition to a free market so gold holders can capitalize vital producers and mass production and modern civilization can be preserved. There's something to be said for keeping gold on the sidelines for this time.

THOW It's just a way to get around the housing regulations. If smaller housing was allowed as it was before 1920. Affordability would happen.
The average house size in 1900 was 8-900 sqft and 1 person could afford to support 5-7 kids. Today the only thing legal to build is 5000 sqft and the household size is 1.5 people per house.

    Key takeaways:
    1. Two types of people: those that run their mouth, and those who take action.
    2. Think bigger: either be a thought leader or surround yourself with them.
    3. Run with the big dogs: get around success to become successful.
    4. There are certain ideologies that will destroy the middle class. Without the middle class, it's very difficult to go from poor to rich.
Note: Conferences are great places to go be surrounded by thought leaders and big dogs. Just avoid the chiwawas.

I wish Kiyosaki would put as much effort into financial advice as he does into his very bias political views. There is a place for politics but a real estate investment podcast is in my opinion not the place. There are other shows that analyze the effect of certain politics without the additional editorializing in which Kiyosaki engages. I am struggling to continue to listen hoping to catch some helpful real estate investment advice on between the political rants.

The middle class is falling victim to crony capitalism. The sooner we figure that out…like Europe already did….the sooner we can stabilize. Of hand I can think of two quick actions that can should be prioritized. 1. Make supper packs ilegal because corporations have more leverage than “we the people”. 2. Increase data privacy restrictions. Corporations have all the information they need manipulate us Amaricans.

To the people bitching in the comments.
You just had a chance to be a fly on the wall while two extremely successful people talked for 40 minutes.

😮😮people have REALLY got to stop saying the dem party has changed. It's been the same for the past 100 years. They may be saying different things, giving the illusion of wanting something different...it's the same dirty politics, crime and power hunger. The types of voters is diverse but the party is the same😅
