Sana yang modern architectural design gawin din sa mga itinatayong mga modern high rise buildings na may Filipino features...talong talo ng mga oth we Asian architects ang mga Filipino architects compared s Singapore or Jakarta wala ang Pilipinas na masasbing iconic designs...Filipino architects are mediocre kaya puro steel n glass panels lang mga skyscrapers natin...unlike other Asian architects na they think big sa mga projects nila ...katulad ng twin towers of Singapore n Petronas tower of Malaysia...ang Pilipinas wala n we are lacking behind these countries....we have no iconic high rise buildings to be proud of
Iyong sawalî kung hindi treated lalo na sa panlasa ng mga bukbok( variety of mites)eh mahina laban sa mga elemento sa kalikasan, init,aliwalas(humidity) at ulan…ito man ay hindi biyak o buô man…; iyong estilo ng modernong gawa sa Indonesia ay kamangha-mangha at tunay na de calidad.Pero itong disensiyo na nasa video ay panels na isinali sa ibang uring madera(wood lumber) at uring laminated pvc like panels…imo😢; add masyadong busy sa detalye ang forma ng arkitektura nito😅 imo
@@startreker8591 Yah sawali if not treated will be proned to rotten and the wood will not last due to tropical weather conditions and pose threat to any wooden surfaces from termites and “bukbok” wood borers so it needs to be maintained with wood treatment to prevent decay and preserved its natural look.
Noong tapusin ko ang panonood eh …itong isang malaking edificio pala sa harap na highlighted at the initial presentation ay tanggapan ; balik sa talagang magarang at tama sa panlasa ko ang ‘payak’( relatively saying)ngunit contemporario na disensiyo pati na na ang unidoro( pero ang faucet fixtures could have been better 😢 imo)…; dapat lang na may sprinkle systems ang kabuoang edificio at cada unit needs to have mid size fire extinguisher (preferably para mi…magandang parikit ang buhô o kawayan); ❤ the design overall 🎉…just my constructive take on things y everything that I see …😅;pero this is worth recommending to close friends though…ty guys more power to you🎉

For the sprinkler system they have fire extinguishers located under the stair and designated area at the ground floor For the sprinkler system the villa is not required to have sprinkler system because the area are too small its around 35 square meters floor area (ground and second floor) combined Under the provision of National Building Code Section 1212 Fire Extinguishing Systems 1. Fire-Extinguishing System -When required, standard automatic fire-extinguishing system shall be installed in the following places and in the manner provided in this code 1. In every storey, basement or cellar with an area of 200 square meters or more which is used for habitation, recreation, dining, study, or work and which has an occupant load of more than 20 This mean that a “fire extinguisher ” are required as first line of defense against fire. The villa has an ample space to get out in case of fire or emergency there’s an open area facing the main door and there’s a balcony that makes your way out easily from fire.
