Most chennai biriyanis are either "masala chicken rice" or "tomato chicken rice." but not REAL biriyani! I tried eating the biriyani in chennai and always get disappointed because of this. அரை பிலேட் சாப்பிட்டாலே அப்படியே திகட்டும்... due to overuse of masala in rice.
Only authentic Tamil biriyanis should be cooked with seerga samba rice, not long grain rice. Long grain rice is supposed to be tasted with low masala and medium spice seasonings on chicken with (or without) masala gravy side dish. Like they do in hyderabad, muslim countries, North India, etc

Nothing like that..broiler chicken pakoda sapta tha athu mathri agum . Bcoz antha masala la nariya food colour, preservatives, ajinimoto , chemical use panuvanga it affects our ovaries egg production kami aidum . Athunala tha baby poraka chance kammi aidum . Empty biryani sapta ethum agathu .

Bought this Briyani 5 days before average chennai briyani and don't buy bucket briyani because it is 3kg only, there is no Bread halwa for KG briyani, sweets provided only for Bucket briyani i bought sweet by paying extra 50 rs but the sweet was old and it has be Refrigerated no that much good. Kindly don't give hype to this type of briyani shop where they didnt even care about Customer health.

Already I had doubts on this channel since 2 others places he reviewed the food was utter waste I suggested to my friend and he shouted at me after eating I don't know why these reviewers are not true to their audience or maybe the day you people had biryani it didn't come ok but if so it means the chef does not care about food being cooked oru 10000 rs ku aasa paatu if food reviewers are doing then it's really horrible
