I believe it switches from safe to as3x or off when you reach 25 % throttle. after switching modes.
It's weird with that some of the older UMXs like my A10 don't have S3X at all until you get past a quarter throttle whereas others like this evil which is brand new it has it before you do anything so maybe it's the progression of their technology
Im Not for sure though. Did you say that thing has flaps? That's the first UMX I've seen with flaps ,if so.
Yes it definitely has flaps and they work on it flawlessly slow things down quite a bit
