You hit the big one for me-- never think Disney is just about rides. Street performers, parades, character meetings, walk through attractions. They are a huge part of my day in any of the parks.
Prior to going this year i thought disney was just rides and that it was just for kids. Boy was i wrong. Now i can't wait to go go back. The live parts mixed in with rides created this magical experience for me
So fun that you girls have traditions and memories from your time in the park together. It shows that you are all genuinely good friends and it makes the videos so much more special to watch.
Our family tradition is to do Expedition Everest a few times in a row to make as many goofy ride photos as we can. We vogue, look like we forgot we were on a thrill ride, and my favorite is to reach over and surprise hug my dad. He never sees it coming.
I feel you on the Swiss Family Robinson walk. One year I walked through it because I was waiting on a Jungle Cruise Lightning Lane, and it happened to be right at magic hour, or dusk. Watching the sun set on Cinderella's castle and Space Mountain is a metaphysical place and time I've been chasing my whole life.
Great tips. I think Emma did one for Hollywood Studios. Is there one for Epcot and Animal Kingdom? And in MK, I agree with Fry to go from left to right. Definitely!
My family rope dropped Mine Train in March this year and it was 20 minutes. I would highly recommend rope dropping Mine Train over anything else in the park even if the line seems long at rope drop.
Swiss Family Robinson Tree house is one of my favorites, too. I love all of the details! I am bringing a collapsible bottle with me so that I can stay hydrated. I'm also going to see if they can ship my souvenirs to my hotel room, and my house.
I brought my family to Disney for the first time last May and instead of watching the fireworks we rode 7 dwarfs mine train 5 times!!!! It was amazing to ride while the fireworks were happening. When we got off the ride my 8 year old son looked at me and said "mom, that was Magical!" It was a core memory for sure!
I once rope dropped Joeffreys. I was only in MK because it was my last day and I finishing up my shopping so I just got some coffee, sat and people watched. Rode people mover and made my way out shopping. The tree house is a must do for us. My son watched the movie when he was very little and fell in love with the whole idea of the tree house. We also do it and take our time looking in all the rooms at all the details.
👍Thank you AllEars. 2 ideas: 1. Video on how to beat the Disney Depression after vacation is over. (Living it now). 2. Behind the scenes vid on how you go from idea-plan-shoot-edit-broadcast. Tnx again
Another great video.....thanks Fry ! I remember your first couple videos....your progression into a first rate star has been impressive. But another Thursday goes by without RTT :( We miss you RTT !
Our family tradition is to ride Haunted Mansion as our first ride of every Disney trip. Willing miss other rope drop rides as resort guests since they changed how they do things, but you can’t just break tradition! More important than riding one more ride in a day.
what they need to do is bring back package pickup..it was so much easier to grab your stuff at the end of your park day..since they don't have it now that's why you have to lug your stuff around now
I see a lot of videos about making reservations at certain times before you go (60 days, 90 days, etc.) But never have I once notice them say it’s based off Eastern Time Zone (where WDW is located) Something to think about.
Yeah if you see a souvenir you really want at the beginning of the day…. Buy it right then!! It WILL be gone later!!! Or if it’s at an outdoor booth, that booth might be closed later due to weather or it just closes early.
What I did learn with mobile check out that was a little frustrating and I wash I would’ve know is,if you have a Disney visa you get a discount with the merchandise but you can’t use mobile check out. I bought a sweatshirt and had to go back the next day to return it and get rebuy it. Told valuable Disney time out of my day. I guess live and learn.
meeting Micky for the first time in over 25 (or so? i lost track) years. My dad was like I don't want to meet Micky grr....and we got to meet both Mini and Micky, and it was so cute! Mini loved my dad! Micky loved my bag and my birthday ears! :3 Hashtag etsy ears! I have to say i love allt he new cast of All ears, at first i'm like "woah new people" but everyone's just so sweet!
I think a minor clarification. Not don’t buy a water bottle but don’t buy bottled water. Even if you have to buy a water bottle it’s cheaper than buying multiple bottles of water.

We always head for Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin. Friendly competition. Good memories. We’ll ride it multiple times to get a better score.

In the catagory of both family tradition experiences and shows I would have to place Sunny Eclispe show at Cosmic Rays as a big one for my family.
Love Fry Bucket’s videos.!!

Great video, Fry. I made all of my reservations. I went to AAA and bought a package, with park reservations included. Great tips!

For tron, you need to ride it at night. The neon lights makes it even more of a treat.
GREAT VID! Very useful information and tips in there. Hope you make this a series with all four parks!
I rope dropped Space Mountain, Less than 15 minutes, then they moved my Tron queue up. Did both rides by 10. Lucky I guess😊

My sister and I have started doing Lasagna on Valentines Day lol and we've started one of going to Disney every year, if we can!!!
Another great video.....thanks Fry ! I remember your first couple videos....your progression into a first rate star has been impressive. But another Thursday goes by without RTT :( We miss you RTT !
Some times Adventure land at rope drop has rides that are not open yet
Plaza Ice cream for the win Fry. NEVER apologize!

Ahhhh I’m early !!❤ love your videos !!! I have been binge watching them since I found you guys lol 😅
OMG. On our first trip we waited for Starbucks on main Street. We did not even know we where wasting so much time. But we figured it out!

Always gotta bring water a bottle in and locate water stations to fill those up to save some dollars!
Man Sage doesn’t flinch at the end 😳😆

If you do buy souvenirs, remember you have to bring it home. It has to be packed and pass through airline security.

Does anyone know what Fry Bucket did as a cast member?
Less than 15% of all plastic is actually recycled. Keep one bottle for personal use as long as you can. Listen to fry! It’s expensive and doesn’t help
All this time I thought you went for ice cream before the fireworks.
But the quick service water in MK tastes so bad…am I the only one?!
I’ve never been so early 😮
Whimsical? Every video now. Is that a new vocabulary word?
@frybucket Thank you!
