Absolutely love the push up example! That just helped me understand it better than I ever have.

Sometimes when I watch these Dr. Conte videos I finally grok some important truth and it's like I can *feel* myself becoming less childish, it's wild

Thank you so much Dr. Conte. Your videos, this one included, have been precious helping me in my battle against depression, anxiety and anger. And please, sir, keep going.
It doesn't matter if this video has 150 likes, 3.200 views, 19 comments, etc.
You're amazing and you're doing an outstanding, fantastic, life-changing job. What you're doing is something much higher that isn't measurable through people's reactions.
If that may ever bother you, please don't let it get to you.
By all means, keep going. You're an amazing human being. Thank you so very, very much. 🙌

Thank you! I've been nonstop trying to help in the prisons during this challenging time, and consulting with organizations all over, but I always like taking the time to do that radio show, but the station hasn't had any part time employees in during the pandemic, so I haven't been on the air for a bit - BUT, I'll be back on again for sure. Thank you for listening to my show, and thank you a ton for your kind words here. Sending you much peace!

Thank you for this information. I just finished the video and now have a better understanding on the techniques, I'm going to stop worrying about the background noise and all other distractions if possible and see if that helps me more than what I have tried in the past.

Definitely! I was grateful you asked about it. I was hustling since I saw your comment on that other video to try to come up with a solution, and I didn't want to respond until I could actually give a resource for you. I really believe it will help, but like I say, it's like push-ups, and it works best when we actually do it. Sending you tons of gratitude and peace, brother.

Hoping I can learn to control myself better. My anger has damaged my marriage and I don't want to lose my wife. Thanks for your vids.

It's just so important. I'm sorry you had to go through that, but I'm glad to hear you found meditation as part of your path, because I really see the neurological benefits to doing it. Definitely sending you much peace brother!

I hope society sees the necessity of your inmate program so in the future inmates will have a choice do hard time or go through a program like yours . Where they will only be released when a doctor like yourself signs off on their complete rehabilitation .

Thank you. I'm passionate about what I do, and I would love for the public to know more about the realities I see, so I can envision doing a documentary around this work at some point. I appreciate your kind words and taking time to tune into the channel. Definitely sending you all my best and tons of peace!
