- Tired of the crowded hustle and bustle at home, our daily lives full of repetition, we were ready for a short change of scenery.
Determined to escape our routine, we embarked on an adventure with our closest friends, to find a piece of wilderness.
Our destination?
The majestic beauty of the Pyrenees in Catalonia (Spain).
We had an adventure of a lifetime with our friends (ram_overland_adventure).

Great video again. A little more detail of where the trails are would be good. We are going to the Pyrenees in September with our black Labrador Lew, in our 90. So we are very keen to follow some of your trails

Thank you so much! 😍 For Morocco we bought the roadbook from Pistenkuh and since then we are hooked. We used their book for the Pyrenees as well and definitely recommend it, they have done so many off roading and rated every track for difficulty and beauty 🙌👌

Hi. What a beautiful video. Great with this drone shot, and the storytelling !! I'm living close to Toulouse in France, close to Pyrenees. Can you tell me what part of Pyrenees have you been ? I like this type of off-road, following the mountain and not too narrow as I will have a CamperVan (Hymer GCS, on a Sprinter 4x4).

Great video. I’m interested to hear about your friends’ Dodge Ram. It seems an unusual choice for an over landing vehicle as I’m assuming it is a 5.7 Hemi V8? If so, with all the extra weight, it must be using a lot of fuel and therefore they must need to refuel regularly and carry a lot of extra fuel?
I may be wrong though.
Yes it’s a 5.7 V8, not a typical overland vehicle in Europe indeed. But the fuel consumption is not that high because it can also run on gas. Both vehicles did 1 liter of fuel for 10km 😊.

Schitterende video 👍. Zag ik het nou goed dat jullie elkaar eruit trekken met een recovery lint aan een trekhaak? Dat is absoluut het meest gevaarlijke wat je kunt doen bij een berging. Alsjeblieft gebruik de volgende keer een vast ankerpunt aan je wagen. Een trekhaak is daar niet voor bedoeld. Safe travels!

Have your friends had trouble with the size of the Ram? We ran into one in rural Tuscany and it looked huge there! Our truck is roughly the same size, we would love to ship it over from the U.S. someday but don’t want to be too limited by width 😂
Haha not that much to be honest. It worked really well. One time it couldn’t go through a narrow street but we could drive around the village. It’s not that much wider than the Defender.
In the mountains it sometimes had to make multiple turns to corner it but also never a real issue.
Beast of a car, works great anywhere 💪🏻

Wir hatten insgesamt 6 Tage Zeit. Und wir haben insgesamt 4 Tage von den Niederlanden nach Spanien und zurück gebraucht. Also insgesamt 10.

I’m in the most boring part of Canada and I’m a minimum of 14 hours from anyplace exciting. Days and days away from the really good stuff.

That’s not what we said 😜. We feel the world has so much more to offer then the famous instagram hotspots. The places where most people go to.

Depends on which country. Slovenia and Croatia it’s not allowed. Albania and Montenegro is no problem 😊
I was thinking more about that video here from the Pyrenees, is it ok there? I'm from Iceland and live in Norway and do a lot of overlanding in these countries, but want to explore Europe next fall, very inspired by you guys.

Hi! We use an off-road book called pistenkuh. They have really detailed information about the routes and bivouac. It is in German but we use google translate 😊
