Why everyone says He is left handed? He is right handed. He plays table Tennis with his right, tows the truck in the Video with his right, writes with right, tosing stuff with his right and so on. I think He never lost left because there not many top Level left armwrestlers. Even larratt has more WAL wins with his left.

Pushkar is the only one who barely pinned him on the left but got destroyed the other rounds. Left hand Denis is the goat overall, would have loved to see him pull Brzenk in their primes on the Left hand.

Probably the strongest arms in history while being an world class athlete in multiple strength sports. 60cm arms 140kg doing muscle ups, lean muscle mass like a bodybuilder, strongman, powerlifter. Monster hand and finger size, thick bones, #1 armwreslter for like 10 years. Strict curl ez bar world record, cheat curl world record. Respectable 270 kg bench press.
Most people can take loads of steriods and will never get anywhere near this level of strength.
You can talk about all the gear he was on but you wouldnt get that strong.

It's impossible to get back to his prime sadly, the damage to his organs and health is irreversible, plus age he is now 42, his joints are stiff and hurt from all those years, lack of motivation, also bone density begins to drop after around 40. If you watch all of his HS matches, he only competed left-handed as a child. He even played Basketball and Hockey left handed.
