Lucy just wants love from her humans and the interlopers (Stitch and Teddy) to leave her alone (I am also assuming she was the first cat of the bunch?). Luckily Stitch doesn’t seem to be bothered by her annoyances.
Yes, I think they said Lucy was first and then Stitch. They haven't had Teddy that long, tho time does fly.
