    I'm actually on my way to becoming a falconer next year and spent a lot of time outside in our nearby marshlands watching kestrels. I even found an abandoned beekeepers lodge wich is now inhabited by two tawny owls.
    Thank you very much for the effort you put in your videos. It's a pleasure to watch them and the beautiful wildlife around your house.

    I just took your virtual tour and made a little donation too. Thank you for fixing whatever was wrong because I couldn’t last I tried. Haven’t cashed my out my cart yet though either…that’s next. I wouldn’t ever be able to come there physically, regardless of how much I’d love to visit. The virtual tour was absolutely breathtaking and I actually teared up a bit. I’m not one to usually do that. Must be from all of the overwhelming beauty. So much beauty to your pieces and watching all of your TH-cam stories made it come to life for me. I sure hope you have won many different kinds of awards for all your amazing work. Simply sublime. Thank you.

    Love this video! That Red Kite reminds me of the American Eagle and mixed with a red tail hawk. Thank you for all you do, Mr. Fuller!

    This is certainly a haven for many species. It's very special, joyful to many who watch your live stream. I appreciate the history behind everything that you do as it has a purpose for our wildlife. You are one of the kindest individuals, so caring.

    I just saw a kestrel catch a mouse in a big, old cemetary in Copenhagen, Denmark. There are two kestrels there and you hardly never see them. I heard the mouse squeak. It was 2-3 meters away. Incredible his flying skills, came down between the trees, then up again, like from nowhere. That mouse could never have run away. I did not know a bird could fly like that and I watch birds all the time as I give them water and seeds, to crows, magpies,pigeons etc.

    Your back yard view is breathtaking! Do you have dogs? I know my dogs would love to run those fields. But maybe they'd scare away the birds....

    Enjoyed every minute of the wild life description and pictures. Such a variety of interest; loved the voicefull little wren.
    Do pheasants pair up for life? Generally only see one or the other.

    Robert, do the owls ever go after the stoats?

    • @RobertEFuller
      @RobertEFuller  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yes but they are evenly matched ! Tawnys owls can get the young stoats though

    Where do you get the chicks or the mouse for the feeding post? Do you purchase them frozen or do you set up a trap to catch them yourself?

    • @RobertEFuller
      @RobertEFuller  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      We purchase them frozen. They just supplement to prey that they catch for themselves.

    What happened to Ghost and Willow? Did this owl couple break up? I watched an episode showing them raise their first clutch. Ghost was struggling in his role as a dad. Eventually, he stopped helping.

    • @williamfurrer6564
      @williamfurrer6564 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Real shame too. Ghost was much better w the 2nd clutch and him calling for Willow after she vanished is a haunting video.

    You give chicks to the birds? What is that?

    • @yuxuanmiyo
      @yuxuanmiyo 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      He's said before that he gets chicks from the chicken industry, as it is a byproduct.
