Shooketh she went to a psycharatric clinic specifically for DBT therapy. Suggesting she may have BPD. Its not like the movies... as someone with it, your symptoms can be so wide. DBT is almost exclusively used for BPD.
She's a lovely, honest young lady. Loves her. Her song with Rema, calm down is slapping globally. She's been through a lot. Lupus, kidney transplant. Mental health,depression.

The fact that she went through some personal struggles/issues such as anxiety and depression really struck a chord with me/feel a certain way. I wish I had the opportunity to know Selena or even get the chance to interview /chat with her because, she is just one of the many people in this world who are not only honest, but they are genuine about everything they talk about. She is inspiring all of us. That it's ok to not always be 100%, but yet you can still succeed and achieve anything regardless of your mental health or personal struggles.
