Not to mention the moving ones in OR/AS have what I assume is a bug in that they'll see you when they're not facing you.
It's really funny when you battle another trainer a few feet away and your Pokemon uses earthquake then when they see you they are surprised

Fighting types arent immune to ghosts
Normal types arent weak to fire, water, poison, ice, rock, steel.
Dragon types could be super effective to all types (except fairy) because we know it is too strong but would be too op it happened.

Yeah, +Floobydoobdoo is on the right track. The Japanese name (which is the canon name), is バリヤード (bariaado), which Bulbapedia says comes from the English words 'barrier' and 'weird'. Although Floobydoobdoo is wrong in saying it's only the English translation, as other languages unfortunately copy the English translations. Bulbapedia says it's Monsieur Mime in French, Mr or Señor Mime in Spanish, and Mr Mime in Italian.
Some stuff I NEVER FUCKING UNDERSTOOD:
1. When you go to the Elite Four the second time, why do they act like they just met you?
2. In pokemon D,P, and PT, The Survival Area and Resort Area is filled with people. How come you HAVE to beat the Elite Four to get there?
3. After you become the champion, why dont you do what the champion did? Shouldnt you stay in that room waiting for challengers afterwards?
4. Why is Ash's saying. "Gotta Catch them All?" He didn't catch shit.
5. How do the Elite 4, Champion, and Gym Leaders make a living?
6. Why does your mom give you more freedom than Dora? Seriously she won't say shit even if you come back after like 50 days.
7. If I beat the champion, instead of them being dethroned completely, shouldn't they be demoted into the final Elite Four member, and the first member kicked out?

Most of the early ones as well I'm pretty sure. Apricorns with little devices attached to the inside were the very first thing that Pokeballs were made of. Then Silph Co. started to manufacture synthetic ones that are probably made of some sort of plasticy material. The one guy in Johto still makes them out of Apricorns.
