Very positive lines. A judge being a law protector always shall be free from any unnecessary political or public pressures,to remove certain racial hindrances immediately from society should always be his mandate work. However such things always take time but with good team effort one being in seat of quivalent to source of justice and harmony preacher ,epitome of knowlegde judiciary must prevail its power.

Coming chief justice should listing completing the case with out adjournments for the delay on hearing judges made responsible .On judges' impose cost make responsible and accountable that will avoid pending cases on courts.
Now we have some hope to see democracy and freedom will be projected. If not now then never.
Because with CJI we have a great collegium 🙏🙏.

It's clearly mentioned that money bill passes with simple majority. Ordinary bill and Constitution Amendment bill need should be passed by both houses with 2/3rd majority. And if one house is disagree with the Ordinary/ Constitutional in that case 108 joint sitting is called by president. Joint sitting borrowed from Australian constitution.

Dear judges,
In Andhra Pradesh all parties are trying to support the construction of a new city as a capital , where present government doesn't want to build a city. It's not healthy to build new city. All backward communities will suffer by building a City. If any party want or is interested in building a city plz ask them from where lakhs of crores will get. We want 3 capital formula where no need to waste public money
If their is no money for 1 city then how money will come for 3 cities . So it will be good to go for only 1 capital city .
@@sri-ey5nz are people are not thinking logical or education system has made mind not to think. Here for 3 cities no need to invest any money. Just 3 buildings for each city and road extension. Hardly 2000 crores for each city. CBN used 10000 crores for just 30 acres construction. Still 34500 acres imagine already inflation is high
A judge should never be afraid of any agency and deliver an absolutely honest verdict.
Verdict is a very difficult process. Sometimes the judge gets biased sometimes prejudist ? In matters of a divine religion , like Islam , he may even make a mistake .
A verdict has many aspects. The judge , sometimes , can’t foresee the consequences in the long run. Some other times , owing to his short sightedness, looks at one benefit and misses a much more vital point. The best is to give ample time and consult others from the list of his competent colleagues.
Many God fearing scholars , never accepted the post of a judge , lest they make a mistake and stand before their lord on the day of judgment with their gaze down ?

• “Empowerment of Citizens through Legal Awareness and Outreach”
• “Haq hamara bhi hai@75,” a special campaign for legal aid in prisons and childcare institutions.These two-week pan-Indian campaigns, which is taking place from October 31 to November 13, 2022, are intended to work at the grassroots and build capacity for the incapacitated.

Sir, to my mind CJI should not sit in the bench. The adjudication should be left to colleagues, CJI should apply himseĺf to functioning of lower judiciary and high courts. Not only speed of hearings should be fast the quality of judgement should be good.

All countries are in recession, i don't understand where funds will come to build a new city. Plz return farmers land and dissolve Amaravati. Disappointed with him.He should recuse himself from the LGBTQ case that he is hearing. As he said something about the case pending before him. He hastily removed Abhishek Gangopadhyay for giving an interview.But he himself has done the the same thing in a TV interview.People haven't forgotten about that.He should clarify his position immediately.Otherwise the dignity of the highest court will be suffering.
