Awesome bash with Ange.😅 You definitely send the Hpi Vorza high. Looks like a fun day out, I am eager to meet up again and go out bashing sometime.😁👍👍👍. As always keep up the great work.
Yes great cars, so easy to work on their buggies and truggies aswell😌 Haven't checked temps for a while but being the stock system and gearing it should never get too hot, yes always run 6s on this
Wow! What a beast of a car! Very tempted to purchase one now😅! I do wonder how one of these would fare if you didn’t make all those chassis braces though 🤔!
Very true, the chassis does flex quite a bit without the top braces and I could see at least the centre shafts popping out much easier if I hadn't made them. Good new is you can achieve similar results with long tough tie bars as the top bracing, how I have my Trophy Truggy Flux set up👌
@ I do wonder if that’s actually more for durability? I’ve seen before good quality (yet thin) 7075 chassis can have lots of flex but you’ll never bend them unless you’re at a concrete skatepark 24/7 🤷♂️ I remember the old TC cars I had a jambo and I never bent the chassis on that car and had a lot of flex with no tower to tower braces etc! Would you say that Vorza is quite lightweight for a Truggy? I have the buggy version (nitro one) and it’s pretty heavy tbh similar weight to a hyper 7!
If you mean the flex in the chassis is there for extra durability then yes that is probably the reason why but remember HPI have always been very race orientated and I guess super strong bracing is not really necessary when racing but I don't really know. This is a very lightweight truggy compared to like Arrma or Corally truggies though yes and made with proper 7075 alloy👌 And my first expensive with Corally was the Dementor(no centre bracing) that thing was super weak, the chassis on that was SOOOOOO bent in multiple spots after like 6 runs😬 Kronos on the other hand(full centre brace and better alloy) no issues with the chassis. For harder bashing a centre brace is better than none I think on any car.

So much fun absolutely, you know me, SEND IT BIG or go home🤣
Thanks Li, definitely have to organise to meet up again soon!
Good video. Nice bash session. That was so crazy with the rear wheel.
Yeah I'm still very confused as to how that could be possible😵💫😆
Thanks Tim👍
Is this same place where Australian RC playground run his cars?🤔
Yep sure is!
Yes it is.
Nice bash! going hard! Vorza looks legit
It is a very tough rig with very few mods, super fast for the stock system aswell😃
Thanks for watching mate!
Truth ^ I’ve full sent my vorza truggy with the 6065 and even with that it just keeps going it’s kept up with all my heavy bashers tekno and others
That's it, I sent mine just as big as any of my 1/8 basher and it just keeps going💪
The HPI:s should be more common than they are. The truggy looks great. I guess this was on 6s? Did you check the ESC and motor temps?
