    Just grab a headlamp and change the oil and grease it in the machine shed. Alot of screwing around for a lube job

      I’d rather do it outside than on the ground up rock. Maybe some day we will have a good service shop!

    Great video. I think I'd invest in a box of neoprene gloves. Looks like you could use them.

    So is tile not as common in your area as it is others? And is there a reason you didn’t get front duals on the 8Rs, I know it may not be needed and is more money but it does help with compaction and IMO looks way cooler.

    • @aTrippyFarmer
      @aTrippyFarmer  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Tile is very common. It depends on the soil type of the field, but the darker souls will have full patterns in a lot of places. As for the front duels, the 8310r came with front duels. We didn’t think they were necessary, so we didn’t take them. I would like to have them back. The 8285R has a lighter front axle, so I am not sure if you can get front duels on them. I’d rather have ILS front axles than duels.

    Just curious with the big flat fields you farm why not have just one 60-90ft field cultivater on a 600 horse tractor vs 3 big expensive tractors setting around. Keep up the good work and videos.

    • @aTrippyFarmer
      @aTrippyFarmer  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      That’s a great question. Our farm was traditionally separated down the middle in ownership. We have sets of almost everything if you pay close attention. We still have the ownership separated, so the equipment still remains the same. You are right about the bigger tractor and equipment, but that will be something to discuss in the future. Thanks for the comment!

    Thanks for another great video. Do you think that the Sony a6400 is worth it to buy

    • @aTrippyFarmer
      @aTrippyFarmer  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      It’s a great camera for the money. It’s expensive, but the next level of camera quality is probably twice the price. You also would need to buy a good lens, which is another chunk of change!

      @@aTrippyFarmer. Thanks for telling me this I’m trying to buy a nice camera for my channel

    • @aTrippyFarmer
      @aTrippyFarmer  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Brodizzyfam It's not as user friendly as a GoPro. It requires a little more knowledge about cameras and editing. If you are looking for a good camera to start off with, you cannot go wrong with a new GoPro and an external microphone. A lot of these farm channels use that.
