- Tunde Kelani is a formally trained Photographer, Cinematographer and Filmmaker. An avid reader, a keen observer of society and its history, and a natural storyteller, I engage culture as a film producer and director. I employ film as a tool of social, cultural and linguistic anthropological enquiry using the camera to present the cultural realities and social circumstances of individuals and communities I choose to engage as seen through their own eyes.
Tunde is known for his great movies such as Dazzling Mirage, Maami, Sidi Ilujinle, Abeni, Narrow Path, Saworo de, Agogo Eewo, Oleku, Ti Oluwa Nile, etc.

Daddy Tunji Oyelana inspired me in my toddler years when he used to produce Sura the Tailor many years ago. I wish him more prosperous years ahead, in health and in wealth.
Thank you for this birthday documentary. One more thing. I hope his family has posted all his songs onto the DSPs(digital streaming platforms) like Spotify Apple Music, Boomplay, Audiomack, TH-cam Music etc not just for money but for the sake of posterity.

Sadly, the restaurant premises has been taken over by a chain.
