I didn't bother with ECBP B523. I did get Larceny B523, and I also have Larceny A123. Both the Larceny's are good. I did get a store pick of ECBP 8 year that is very good. I think I'm waiting on the ECBP C923 which is going to have a 13 year age statement.

Elijah Craig A123 is probably my favorite ECBP that I’ve had. Never been a fan of the Larceny’s.

Larceny has been killing it with their last 3 BP releases. Really like them. Also like the EC BP releases. The EC BP B523 did not receive a lot of positive reviews, but I still liked it. It may not be as good as some previous releases, but still good. I also have 5 different EC Private Barrel store picks varying in proof from 111.8 to 131.5 and love all of them. I am at the point where I will pick up every release of EC BP and Larceny BP for a while. 🥃

These are both great lines that punch above their weight. Always have both stocked. Funny how subjective taste is as most people have not been a fan of the ECBP B523. I haven't had it yet as it hasn't turned up in my area. The LBP B523 is excellent though.

Nice review. I only saw $5 difference between ECBP B523 ($68) and Larceny B523 ($63) where I’m at. Depends on the market I guess.

Ecbp is pretty much always worth it, i just have so many already that i passed on b this time.
