I've had a hard time coming out of a very serious depression, but I'm still not 100% perfect out of it. There are often moments when being sensitive makes things difficult for me.

It is a very rare opportunity to see someone doing a massage that looks like something spectacular. I remember a man who combined his chiropractic experiences with the art of massage therapy. He was an amazing person to watch. it was as if we had no imagination about the performance of seeing what could actually be done. Watching a master massage therapist is like watching a prima-ballerina dancing before a sold-out audience. I am always very curious about how you shoot the video's. I always wonder is there are tripods or other videographers in the room and how they move about such a small space without getting in any of the shots. There are some scenes where you can see the massage from one angle and then in the next second you can see the massage from the other angle which should've caught the camera man. But maybe it's all your magical editing skills 😊
The art of massage is very exciting, I congratulate you for your work, I see your massages and you can see the quality of work and the professionalism, however I would like to tell you that in the subtitles I only talk about what is related to the massage, because sometimes it talks about history , and I lose sight of the massage because I think it's something important and it turns out it's some history.

I wake with the birds, so right now im waking up at around 5am! i dont set an alarm, i let myself wake up naturally and its the loveliest way to start the day - im a natural morning person though, so my routine probably wouldnt work for a nightowl. i normally go to sleep at around 9pm also, so i get plenty of sleep!
