I think the fastest way to relieve fatigue is with a neck massage. Many nerves in the human body pass through the neck. However, it is a really narrow place, so our necks are always tired.🥰
I love watching these but it’s hard sometimes when I see them doing things that are not good. Don’t ever ever pull up on the top of the shoulders (6:41) as it traps tension into the muscles. Always push down, never pinch up. The other thing is watching them massage the arteries in the neck. I see a lot of them massaging and stretching the skin of the face, too. I wonder if there are certifications in that area that massage therapists need to get or if it’s unregulated, which would worry me.
