KSHMR would walk in there like a BOSS and finish three tracks in half an hour. I can really imagine him sitting there giving tips like a god while eating a lolli pop.
At first I didn't want to spend an hour watching a guy who I don't know, but this clearly blew my mind. I mean this guy is talented and clever TBH it is far better than what Brooks and Mesto came up in one hour IMO BTW I think it would be awesome to have somebody remixing it with some crazy "future bassy" stabs+chords on the drop with a really warm bass, like throttle or Retrovision or Raven & Kreyn :)
Agree, I was a bit disappointed by Brooks’ one. The melody was lackluster and so was the drop, the idea wasn’t really any good. Mesto had a great idea down though, if he had 15 more minutes the drop would have been a banger too
but remember that brooks and mesto made the chords and melodies live and didnt prepare them. thats why the had less time to do the structure and stuff but I really like that trobi prepared chords and had vocals. this way there is way more you can learn in this video imo
@@MiguelArtz Totally agree man! I thought it was pretty sad that they didn't use vocal chop and that they lost loads of time doing the chord part, which isn't the most interesting imo!
@@Trobiofficial Thanks for answering man!❤️ You totally deserve more attention! By the way I've personally switched from FL to Ableton and it is great to finally see someone using it in a Slam challenge! I mean you almost finished a track (I mean the structure and stuff) in an hour, and I think Ableton did a great part in this The workflow is so much better IMO, especially compared to FL studio
Thank you SLAM! for inviting so many good artists recently that give us insight in their workflow and nice detailed tipps you might not simply find on the internet. Love this series
This Loop thing he does in 38:24, where you can search the audio region with this exact lenght is pretty cool 😎 does anybody know how to do this in Logic? 🤔
Funny how people say they moved from FL Studio to Ableton and say that they increased their worklflow about 10 times, but then if you ask them what the short cut for copy and paste is they don't know it.
I mean yeah he wrote a idea before making this track but this is the first guy that really knows what he's doing and has perfected his workflow. We better get to see more people like him :) well done troby!
I didn't know trobi before this but he blew me away I ll definitely look out for this guy from here on.. man he is so sure about how this sound will turn without even listening
TBH I think it's a pretty good thing! Making GOOD chords can be really time consuming, and is also boring to watch, and often poor in knowledge I personally think it is what made Brooks and Mesto challenges less interesting, because they had a rush doing the drop which is one of the biggest reason we watch those vids ;)
I want to thank Trobi for those amazing helpful tricks about working with acapella in Ableton! I 'm a beginner and this is gold for meee!! Thank youu !!
Don’t you love it that he can make a better track in one hour than I can in a hole week 😵🔫 practice makes perfect if your doing it right, clearly I’m doing something wrong 😂
37:40 Hey guys does anybody know how to make a lead like this way....i searched all over youtube i haven't found anything related😔...please help me imma beginner.🙏
I think that it would be really hard to make a lead like that, that is a real flute sampled, that's why it sounds so alive and rich. But you could try with kontakt vst and flute libraries to achieve that kind of sound, hope i helped
Thanks for watching, sorry there went something wrong with the audio in the video from yesterday! Should I release this track? Let me know! ❤️
Yes please. It's amazing
Yesss
Of course you have to!
Drop it please!!
yes please
Trobi is the first who almost finishes a whole track in 1 hour...huge respect man
Actually Esko finished it but his video got deleted due to pirated FL
@@quantomx07 Ohh didn't knew that 🤐
did the others have a full acapella with chords?
@@MauriceLessing no
Cmc$ made a full track in 1 hour too
He was the most productive in the challenge yet
Because he already had the main idea written before the challenge
maybe because he's using ableton(?) I'm still thinking ableton has got the best workflow for producing
Oskar but still though

Love this series
Trobi, the kind of guy to headbang without music.
he didn't stop to explain everything, he explained as he was making the track and here we can see that Ableton's workflow is just amazing.
This Loop thing he does in 38:24, where you can search the audio region with this exact lenght is pretty cool 😎 does anybody know how to do this in Logic? 🤔
if you're in logic it's pretty easy...you just buy Ableton🤣
this man is a f*cking geniuuuuus

cool to see you producing! you are one of my favourite artists! I would love to see a track walkthrought from you someday
You had a chord progression pre made going straight up with the vocals without ever hearing the vocals prior?
New Mateo he made the chords and then asked some guy to record a vocal based on that chord
