1:28 It’s hot *the* whole month. It’s hot *for* all of July. Why do we use “for” in the latter sentence, but not in the former?
Yes in northern hemisphere is in summer whereas the whole southern hemisphere is in freezing season
I think you could say it either way. For example, if you google "hot for the whole month," you get 75,000 hits. But if you google "hot the whole month," you get 78,000 hits. So it seems like the second option is slightly preferable.

Thank you very much for teaching. I'm from Ukraine. As for the language, not all Ukrainians speak Ukrainian. My native is Russian. Nowadays, nearly half of Ukrainians speak Russian, which was the language of communication between all of the republics of the Soviet Union. And, of course, not all of Ukrainians love pork (salo) and/or borsch. But I love both so much.
