All ur Lynel guts belong to us. I mistimed a few things as well as had a few errors in judgement but showcases my patented strat vs Lynel. Far from perfect but overall was a fun fight.
Yeah, this games difficulty curve is great! You are afraid for your life at the beginning, then once you get far enough you start hunting the things that terrified you before. So awesome!
Monika Kalicki The Lynels in this game were so much fun to fight that I was slightly disappointed in how easy Ganon was, in comparison. I can usually take down the white variations without too much hassle, except for the ones with the club. Those ones still destroy me.
Monika Kalicki: SAME. They're we're super fearsome and I didn't even wanna go near it, but now when I see one, no matter what quest or thing I'm doing I take some time to defeat him
Can we just take a second to talk about how overpowered the Lynels have become in this game. Like in Zelda 1 they're just little centaurs that shoot lasers, and now they're FUCKING THIS
Don't forget the one ability they have that everyone tends to lose track of, Teleporting. Yeah, a Lynel teleporting is scarier then practically EVERYTHING as you don't know when it'll be back lobbing arrows at you.
about 35 seconds in. the pack is off in the distance, one howls. seconds later the lynel turns around and runs off to gain some distance, and smashes one of the wolves haha
Lol ok will try to sometime soon but that means i gotta drop all my good weps from inventory and start chopping down trees! Probably the only thing that would bring me back to play it again after beating it
Sound advice! Oh man totally forgot that there are soup ladles, mops n other ridiculous weps I could try as well! Eureka! Sadly Im addicted to monster hunter xx now. If I take a break from it though this will be the first thing I gravitate to though
Each variant has its own tendencies but yes their move pool is limited so once you fight a few you should be able to recognize and counter most things! Then they just become easier and easier to fight.
I had my butt handed to me so many times by the first Lynel I thought the same thing. Just keep practising, and you will get better! Keep your head high and go kill a Lynel!
eiyujpn i think you can parry his jumpattack only with a shield though. so yes dodging is cooler but sometimes you just need a shield to counter attacks
Hah thx! Lynel is like the one fight I took the time to learn and excell at. Sadly most other enemies now are just sniped , stealth killed or avoided all together unless Im farming for mats. If you find a particular enemy is hard just save beforehand and keep fighting until you can best them effectively and refining your technique. Most enemies have a simple attack pattern so hopefully you can be graceful in no time! Keep at it and have fun! Love this game!
Rosie the Marauder lmao I have very lynel location marked and every blood moon I go to kill them. I'm already maxed on shrines and am currently working on maxing my "of the wild" armor. Once you get farther in the game, stuff becomes so much more fun. Also, if you don't already, GET REVALI'S GALE. So useful.
You can still run around them whilst Z targeting, looks badass, and makes it easier to run around without tilting the camera. Also, if you do a close loop while he shoots fire, you can get around and use the updrafts to shoot him in the face, free mount attack.
Larry The Guy If you want a really cool challenge, use mostly your bow against it. Literally makes the fights insane, giving that their bow patterns are intense.
Yup! There are three opportunities to mount them! 1st is to sneak up on them before initiating fight and mounting them as a first strike. 2nd is after dodging their charge whiffs. 3rd is after stunning them with an arrow to the face! Pretty awesome stuff heh :)
I was so scared of lynels. I was freaked out during the part where you need shock arrows in Zoras domain. The Lynel discovered me but I managed to best it. After a few battles, I literally just spend my time killing every silver lynel. I got 3 5 shot savage lynel bows and a 43 savage lynel bows with so,e good weapons too.
Dragoscale99 I didn't know ehat death in botw was until i fought that same one. I had to escape from it the first time and it was taking shots with it's bow as I glided away xD.
This is from 2017 but a tip for pple who had this in recommended like me, use the fire as updrafts! You can take them out with arrows and stun them! Revali’s gale also works, but not as well
I remember my first encounter of a Lynel up at Zora's domain. Up until then, I had died maybe once, not realizing swamp bog was instant death. I was pretty confident in my combat skills. The fucker one shot me after I tried to hide behind a rock. After that, I realized it was a stealth mission and cowered in fear. Fast forward a few days, and I encounter a white one at the top of Mount Gerudo. I save my game, and prepare to fight. I get the high ground, he spots me. It was then that I figured out why I died at Zora's domain. He knocked his arrow to the sky, and I froze. "No fucking way." Arrow obliterated both my skull and soul. I killed him, ultimately, using the methods used in this video. And damn, they're fun to fight. Too bad there isn't more tough enemies like them, though. Love the combat in this game.
I was fighting a Lynel and when I was doong a flurry rush I saw a wolf trying to attack me! I never saw the wolf again... Maybe the Lynel killed the poor...
I have not fought a Lynel yet but I have defeated guardians and other tough enemies. I need to farm Hinox to upgrade my armor and eventually I will have to fight a Lynel. It doesn't look hard and I was able to fight a Talus without taking any damage. Some enemies are fast but I have got a hold of parrying and dodging.
Laura The Glitch I fought guardians and honestly they're tougher. Lynels are tough because of the amount of HP they have. Besides, if I don't fight one, I have no idea how I'll overcome this game.
MrDemonicTaco N I got a lot of HP and a high amount of armor. I have studied their attack patterns and am aware of their HP. I have high attack weapons and achieved the master sword. I have fairies and Miphas grace and am stocked on food. I think I'm ready but prefer to avoid any conflicts. I just need to stay calm and they'll be considered easy. Guardians are harder because they have instant kill lasers and it's hard to read their attack patterns.
I didnt think the lasers were insta kill and i have all that as well. I beat lynels all the time now. They all vary in difficulty and weapons tho. Some lynels one shot me and i have 25 hearts. Guardians you can just shoot them in the eye and they reset and you can cut off there legs or parry there lasers back at them. Theyre easy
I remember the good old days of red and blue lynels in BOTW. Now they're all silver. Easy to kill of course, except the ones with crushers. But I really do miss the red and blue lynels. Nowadays, the only red lynel I can find is at the peak of Ploymus Mountain, and I don't know where the blue one is. It takes me like 30 seconds to beat them anyway.
When ever I go to blue Lynel locations they are silver because all the enemies have been ramped up since I'm so far in the game. Does anyone know where I can still find a blue Lynel??
I really love Lynel and you can't imagine, how happy i was, as i saw, that they have their 3D redesign and are in this game! QwQ I also like, they are the strongest enemy in this game! And... my favorite is the blue Lynel. Of all Lynel, he looks more mystical with his blue fur and light pink mane and tail!
I personally like the blue one as well then the silver mane. First thing I thought when I saw one though was , "ooohhh a shiny pokemo...err Lynel". Glad they transitioned into 3d well.
Lol , possibly the elemental greatswords and chipping away at a monster! Im loving mhxx right now! Wish I had a 3ds capture tool but theyre way too expensive....
eiyujpn Man, I need to play this game again....I was nearly addicted to Monster Hunter Freedom 2 on my Portable. Really loved it...now I only need a 3Ds....
All my lynels in the game are golden ones. When I started the game I was terrified of them. But now I just kill them almost every time for powerful crushers
yeah those +attack weapons from lynel are amazing. and the best part is while farming them you can use them against lynels without depleting any durability. simply perfect guard > arrow to the face > mount > attack > repeat :)
That is true... haaah.... Sometimes you run around beating goblins with royal weapons... at other times you have to beat mini-bosses with goblin arms because we're caught being too lazy to go get something good.
this video just shows me how much I suck at fighting in this game. I would have died a trillion times with this amount of hearts and I would have used half of the food out of a complete full stack with my 16 hearts to survive anyway
Arrghroth I would recommend thirteen hearts before your 3rd divine beast. Master sword and much easier to survive. Then you can invest the rest in stamina.
Do you you guys know where are the blue lynels are? I went everywhere and I also killed the stronger ones since when you kill silver ones they show up more.
Ugh, I wish I could be even half this good. But I have really poor motor control of my fingers, so I can't hit button presses quick enough. I can't switch my fingers between buttons easily. It's for that reason I gave up trying to play Monster Hunter, too. I really want to fight Lynels, though. It looks so fun. :(
ShinyGoldBacon Start out by taking in a full page of hearty dishes, a few ATK dishes to a lynel. Practice and find the patterns in the lynel to successfully find openings and flurry rushes. The goal is to use less and less hearty dishes each time. I would still use an ATK dish though.
I think i must be bad at this game. I have beaten Waterblight and Thunderblight Ganon and have more hearts than this guy yet i don't have most of these weapons that i am seeing him use. A flaming sword? An ice sword? Where did you get those.
That's true. Just got a little tired of wandering into unknown areas and getting wrecked. Now that i have more armor and hearts and stamina i'll probably do a little more exploring.
Junior Shepherd if you go to this abandoned arena just a little northeast from the great plateau you can find a silver lynal but if you go higher up in the arena you can see enemies with fire, ice,or electricity wepons.
Junior Shepherd There's a place marked "colosseum ruins" that has bokoblins with fire weapons, lizalfos with ice weapons, and moblins with lightning weapons. There's also a white/silver lynel at the bottom
I think they have like one of the largest health pools in the game so it takes awhile unless you want to just one shot them with a guardian arrow but that doesn`t give you any rewards sadly. Naw, it shouldn`t take you that long unless you have a really low damage output weapon selection. Lol what boss took you 2 hours to beat?
Thunderblight Ganon. That was my 1st boss battle I didnt know its move changes so I failed a lot lol. I was lucky I took 20-30 mins to beat waterblight yesterday. Maybe my stats are not good lol
Heh wow none of the bosses take that long for me. 1st phase of blights are usually simple by stunning them with an arrrow to the face and DPS them while avoiding attacks. Then you gotta just find out the answer to their gimmick in 2nd half of the fight and it becomes easy again.
Heh thx. Well personally I prefer stamina since more hearts don't really help vs harder enemies anyways. You can always make potions to increase your heart guage or just cheat by farming fairies to revive against one shots. Stamina is overall more useful in the overworld. You can always respec your hearts or stamina at Hatenos evil statue later if you like.
actually I would balance the health and stamina bar because the health is really needed and the stamina is as well. but if I had to choose i would pick health until I reach somewhere from 12-15 then I would do stamina.
Yeah I guess it depends on the player's game style though. I noticed those who are pretty skilled tend to go for stamina more and just dodge/ block almost all attacks. Some just rely on meals to have temporary hearts. I personally am not very skilled so I'm planning to get a little more hearts and build def potions. Hopefully I get better at dodging.
That is decent advice and overall in most games balance between the two is a good quality to aim for! Personally I made it to the end game with pretty much just favoring max stamina and a few hearts as I find most of the enemies and bosses to be a breeze.
This was amazing. I have 13 hearts and now I can easily best them with little to no damage but I never survived one of it's attacks with a little health left. What's your armor rating??
I don't know the exact rating I had then. I guess since I just got Zora armor and berserk helmet and maybe upgraded the chest and legs just once...8+8+3 i think so 19 at the time. Mightve been possible i lv2 upgrade in that case 12+12+3 is 27. Approx 19-27 armor
Good job getting the master sword! I hardly use it since I have tons of base 60 dmg weps now. 21 armor should be enough for most Lynels except the silver mane ones. I now have fully upgraded guardian armor set so my defense is around 80-90 i think which is overkill vs most enemies now
They are immune to elemental attacks fyi... and wow I guess everyone has their own style I try to stun him with head shots then run in and don't really lock on to his charge.
Yup, but those were the strongest base damage weapons I was willing to part with that I had at the time lol! Also the frame rate drops so low when using elemental weapons so I wouldn`t recommend using them for that reason as well haha, still they look cool!
As for my style I don`t like to use bow in battles especially against Lynels small hitbox of a head. I used to get punished for it a lot but then again I always chose bad timings to try it...One thing that I wanted to incorporate was to use the updrafts created from his 3 fireballs to jump high and activate slow time to get that accurate head shot stun for a more damaging punish but I usually end up ignoring it out of muscle memory/ bad habits. TLDR; headshot stuns are good at piling damage and I should do them more
if you perfect guard their simple attacks you have a great opportunity to shoot an arrow into their face. if you mount them and attack the weapons don't lose durability so you can simply pick your strongest weapon and hammer away. takes a little bit of practice and the triple shot lynel bows actually are the safest way to headshot them. bow doesn't break during the fight and you get a new one after you win anyways.
GS VHT too busy panicking. I do (a little less so now that I've played it so much), then proceed to screw up and die anyway. and lynals are no joke. the last one I dealt with up close and personal - big mistake - KOed me in one strike or simply ran me over before I could get out of the way. I did manage to finally kill one in the canyon, leading into an autumn forest from the cliffs with bombs+ and elemental arrows (using 25+ bows). there is another Silver lynal at the North tabantha fields. i stole a bokoblin's horse prior to though to help myself cross the vast field and run right up on it, not expecting to see one at all, let alone a Silver one, the strongest type in the game. i blew the fuck by it, thanking my lucky stars I had grabbed a horse beforehand. pretty funny though in hindsight because I went by it so quick it didn't really pursue me, not even using arrows. there is a shrine waaay up there just past that lynal though.
Being a person who has not played the game, is there a specific "Hyrule Field" area on the map? I know plenty about the game except for story stuff after the Plateau, but I haven't looked too hard at the map.
Yes there is and a tower for it quick travel point as well. Its right in the middle of the entire map below Hyrule Castle and where I hunted my first guardians. Can even find remnants of Lon Lon Ranch there.
The ice one? You can find it in different places like shrines but it's more common that you find it in enemies camps, I can tell you that you can go to the Gerudo Mountain there you will find a lot.
go to the coliseum ruins found just north of hopper pond and South of aquame bridge... You will find a strong lynel there as well as the elemental swords, elemental great swords, and the elemental spears! the weapons are found on each floor of the coliseum.
Why is it that when I go to the spot you're at that there is a silver-maned lynel instead of a blue one is there some sort of randomizer or is it based on game progression?
The plateau in Akkala between the research lab and the skull shaped location where Kilton quest is. www.gosunoob.com/zelda-breath-of-wild/lynel-spawn-and-farming-locations/attachment/zelda-botw-lynel-farming-locations-map/
Eduardo Garcia They're actually not even Ganon minions which I think is surprising. Except for the Silver ones because Ganon infected malice in some of them.
Was absolutely terrified of Lynels when I started the game. But now I purposely hunt them out just for a good battle.
Yea! I was the same. My first Lynel beat me up pretty bad but now they are rush to fight!
They're we're super fearsome and I didn't even wanna go near it, but now when I see one, no matter what quest or thing I'm doing I take some time to defeat him

lol that wolf tried to join in, but got run over by the Lynel. That made me laugh. :P
I was laughing so hard at that part.
ApacheThunder wait when?
about 35 seconds in. the pack is off in the distance, one howls. seconds later the lynel turns around and runs off to gain some distance, and smashes one of the wolves haha
Sean Dana have no idea how I missed that
#wolfforgotoparry
0:36 rip wolf, the Lynel's natural prey.
And I thought Lynels only kill Hylians and leave all other creatures alone
*I beat one with a stick*
Haha nice would love to see that
eiyujpn try it for yourself man, it's possible just a bit time consuming but fun lol
Lol ok will try to sometime soon but that means i gotta drop all my good weps from inventory and start chopping down trees! Probably the only thing that would bring me back to play it again after beating it
eiyujpn lol, well just make sure you fight near trees so if you run out you can get more near by, best of luck to yah man
Sound advice! Oh man totally forgot that there are soup ladles, mops n other ridiculous weps I could try as well! Eureka! Sadly Im addicted to monster hunter xx now. If I take a break from it though this will be the first thing I gravitate to though
watching this just made me realize just How Much i suck at this game
Each variant has its own tendencies but yes their move pool is limited so once you fight a few you should be able to recognize and counter most things! Then they just become easier and easier to fight.
pokeXXXfan Level up in reaction when yoy get into more fights xD
I had my butt handed to me so many times by the first Lynel I thought the same thing. Just keep practising, and you will get better! Keep your head high and go kill a Lynel!
pokeXXXfan the thing is... The one who made the video sucks as well.
It's all about practice and preparation. They become easier and easier the stronger Link becomes
This dude Understands me.
Dodging Is so much cooler than SHEILDING. 😤
Agreed, shielding does give a satisfying feeling of its own but it doesnt compare to just evades imo. I do like shield countering lasers though.
eiyujpn i think you can parry his jumpattack only with a shield though. so yes dodging is cooler but sometimes you just need a shield to counter attacks
A mixture of the two is the best.
Shields get like one shot from lynels. Daruk's protection is great, too. Also, I love to parry the guardians attacks.
BUT you still can backflip dodge yiga blade master move when he disappears and warps on top of you
This is beautiful to watch. I wish I was this graceful when fighting anything xD
Rosie the Marauder Lynels are the only enemies now that i enjoy killing. I wish i could mount one of their heads in my house in hateno village.
So useful.
Mipha lore be like:
Lynel battles > Ganon battle
BroBrian yes
Fun fact: a gold lynel has 7500 hp any Gannon has 8000 that's only 500 more!
Then I can beat Gannon!
BroBrian ik it’s a joke but for me it’s actually true
BroBrian although with my maxed out champions tunic red lynels only do a quarter of a heart. Not even joking about that.
I parry all lynel attacks then shoot em in the eye get a few attacks in then mount. It's very effective.
Wait wait wait wait wait! You used a fire sword. While it was raining???? XD
@@leviathan_4967said the same, bro is tryharding
@ 7 years ago bro💀
I still think that song is too casual for a Lynel tho
You can still run around them whilst Z targeting, looks badass, and makes it easier to run around without tilting the camera. Also, if you do a close loop while he shoots fire, you can get around and use the updrafts to shoot him in the face, free mount attack.
that pic is just like "come at me, bro."
The Lynel, hard to kill but easy pattern making it a long and easy fight, really.
Larry The Guy If you want a really cool challenge, use mostly your bow against it. Literally makes the fights insane, giving that their bow patterns are intense.
Isaiah Scott or you just run up close and head shot them so they can't even attack. close range bow is over powered against a lynel
Kill them with only bombs.
I did that, it was so fucking difficult.
Yes
I picked up a savage lynel club and it had ONE HUNDRED FIVE attack power
Are you fuckin kidding me without Daruk I would have been a goner
Carbon Fiber Daruk knows best, always protection use and get ready to roll.
Are you serious!? Jesus fuck, that's insane!
I have one with only 78 attack!
you can fuckin' mount them?? WTF!!
Yup! There are three opportunities to mount them! 1st is to sneak up on them before initiating fight and mounting them as a first strike. 2nd is after dodging their charge whiffs. 3rd is after stunning them with an arrow to the face! Pretty awesome stuff heh :)
You can't tame them, though. But, while they buck, you can slash them while you're on them.
Mark McDaniel Without using the durability of the weapon.
shame :( Would be awesome to have your own man-horse
Yeah, man. That's a staple of the Monster Hunter series.
Had my first run in with a Lynel yesterday.. did not go this nicely..
Why did you just try to run away and fail to do so like I did?
I was so scared of lynels. I was freaked out during the part where you need shock arrows in Zoras domain. The Lynel discovered me but I managed to best it. After a few battles, I literally just spend my time killing every silver lynel. I got 3 5 shot savage lynel bows and a 43 savage lynel bows with so,e good weapons too.

I love those pictures in my compendium of enemies that are either charging or launching an attack straight at the camera. :D
That poor cricket.
looking back at the in game time for the fight, it was an epic 6 hours of fighting
blue lynel
HAH
I eat silver lynels for beckfast
So_I_Herd_U_Liek_Mudkipz same lol
yummy 😋
Bekfast
how does they tast tho
Like victory
30hrs into the game still dk how to shield surf
Use shield, hit X and then A.
@Kalevipoeg Lol! Wish I could replay this game blindly so much.
this is the most epic fight I have seen in all the videos of BotW, awesome!
Wow, the timing was perfect for the kill. It was like the power up timer was counting down the Lynels death!
This is from 2017 but a tip for pple who had this in recommended like me, use the fire as updrafts! You can take them out with arrows and stun them! Revali’s gale also works, but not as well
1:42 - 2:00 was actually one of the most badass things i've seen in this game (besides shield surfing ofc)
edit: and mounting the Lynel
El Cereal trust me, lynels aren't all that difficult.
I eat silver lynels for breakfast
After getting killed to them 10000 times before.
I remember my first encounter of a Lynel up at Zora's domain. Up until then, I had died maybe once, not realizing swamp bog was instant death. I was pretty confident in my combat skills. SuperEljafru lololol beside the location it was the same for me xD
SuperEljafru There is a stronger variant near one of the stables.
It was a stealth mission? I came up to him and shot him in the face, beat him up and dodged like crazy.
Sleepybones Mount Gerudo is in the Gerudo Highlands right
I was fighting a Lynel and when I was doong a flurry rush I saw a wolf trying to attack me! I never saw the wolf again... Maybe the Lynel killed the poor...
Just saying that specific lynel in that location is very easy to fight 3 hearts and some weps and its easy street
Hyper Sonic there are red, blue, black and silver lynels! beware! theyre really tough!
Laura The Glitch I fought guardians and honestly they're tougher. Lynels are tough because of the amount of HP they have. Besides, if I don't fight one, I have no idea how I'll overcome this game.
Hyper Sonic lynels are way tougher and do more damage. guardians are easy and theres many ways to beat them easily
MrDemonicTaco N I got a lot of HP and a high amount of armor. I have studied their attack patterns and am aware of their HP. I have high attack weapons and achieved the master sword. I used to be terrified of silver lynels a year ago. Today I beat one with torches
I can't find blue lynel everywhere!!! that always be there silver Lynel!
ikr!? I've been searching one for ages!
Cynder Al kendi there is a blue lynel in hyrule castle
Are you in master mode? Have you got 1-2 divine beasts? If you have go get the one in the collusiem ruins
I remember the good old days of red and blue lynels in BOTW. Now they're all silver. Easy to kill of course, except the ones with crushers. But I really do miss the red and blue lynels. I'd like to know that too
Polymus mt. has a red lynel, so if you’re enemies are 1 rank stronger then..
Un skills at avoiding attacks are amazing
Is it just me, or the Switch version sound more bass-y than the wii u

I alsp like the silver Lynel after the blue.

Echt? Ja gut, die roten sind auch weit verbreitet. xD
***** die roten seh ich auch immer recht selten. Am meisten seh ich die silbernen.
3:39 my favorite part of the theme
Why does this fight remind me of Monster Hunter ?
Lol , possibly the elemental greatswords and chipping away at a monster!
Im loving mhxx right now! Wish I had a 3ds capture tool but theyre way too expensive....
eiyujpn Man, I need to play this game again....I was nearly addicted to Monster Hunter Freedom 2 on my Portable. Really loved it...now I only need a 3Ds....
Credit for fighting *IT* with 4 hearts + 4
Whatching looks at hearts HOLY MOTHER OF GOD!
I only found white mane in akala. Maybe I'll check again during the day
All my lynels in the game are golden ones.
When I started the game I was terrified of them.
But now I just kill them almost every time for powerful crushers
The savage sword with +11 attack wrecks just got it yesterday from a white maned lynel close to Death Mountain
BALDORF BALDORF Last night I got the Lynel club with +15 😂 i'm fucking lucky
yeah those +attack weapons from lynel are amazing. and the best part is while farming them you can use them against lynels without depleting any durability. simply perfect guard > arrow to the face > mount > attack > repeat :)
Every red moon I go to farm this guy, I just defeated the giant salamander divine beast and pulled the master sword so gonna try them witn him
Nice fight! but isn't it kinda wasteful on the great frostblade since blue lynel cant be frozen?
Noasphere Perhaps it was the weakest weapon in his disposal to use before using even stronger weapons
That is true... haaah.... Sometimes you run around beating goblins with royal weapons... at other times you have to beat mini-bosses with goblin arms because we're caught being too lazy to go get something good.
I have like 16 hearts, almost all wheels for stamina, full barbarian armour and still I sheeet my balls trying to face these guys!!!
this video just shows me how much I suck at fighting in this game.
I Encountered the first Blue Lynel well prepared with a Stasis+, Master Sword & Arrows and 15 Hearts
easy way to kill them in endgame is: shoot them in the eye step 2: equip attack up 3 food step 3: bow spin on the leg for double hits step 4: dead
How do you get Link to spin like that and dismount his shield? (0:10 for reference)
Spin with Y and pretty sure you get off shield if you hold down then B but can't really remember as I haven't played in awhile
I've never seen a blue one, are those weaker than silver? I'd assume so if they follow the other enemy color patterns. Are there black lynels as well?
They are the 2cnd weakest in the game. There are no black lynels, but there are gold lynels. I just kill them so I can get a good reward.
I thought getting the mighty lynel stuff was impossible
wait there is a lynel in Akaala!
yes
Jacob Rice yes its near the akkala ancient tech lab
Jacob Rice there is two
there are 2
And they’re both were put really close to each other
how do you use your shield to surf?!
Take out your shield by holding ZL, jump and then press A.
It just sucks that when you advance the game all the blue lynels and red maned lynels disappear 😠
I think i must be bad at this game. I have beaten Waterblight and Thunderblight Ganon and have more hearts than this guy yet i don't have most of these weapons that i am seeing him use. A flaming sword? An ice sword? Where did you get those.
shrines and secret chest, you need to explore more
That's true.
LinearMean996 Gaming great! Imma try it out for sure now that I am stronger
Junior Shepherd There's a place marked "colosseum ruins" that has bokoblins with fire weapons, lizalfos with ice weapons, and moblins with lightning weapons. There's also a white/silver lynel at the bottom
omg this skill...I can never do this lol
even your great skills took 6mins.
I might take 2hours.
I spent almost 2hours on a main story boss.
Then you gotta just find out the answer to their gimmick in 2nd half of the fight and it becomes easy again.
lol did you duck one of those attacks with crouch XD?
Yup, wanted to dodge in style. Lol actually it was a fluke and have no idea why I did it at the time but hey it worked!
I can’t find one when I just completed the game
I'm searching for a blue lynel but I keep seeing silver ones
After killing a certain number of enemies over time they get upgraded to silver. There's three Lynels that never upgrade though.
Wow amazing skills. So do you recommend getting stamina more than hearts?
Good point! Thanks and keep it up!
actually I would balance the health and stamina bar because the health is really needed and the stamina is as well. but if I had to choose i would pick health until I reach somewhere from 12-15 then I would do stamina.
Carlos Mackenzie Also, you can get the master sword at this point, just saying so in case you dont have it.
Bruce Shankle Thanks! I did just get it last night!
eiyujpn thanks for the reply, I'm gonna try for that. My rating is 21 armor :'(
Good job getting the master sword! I hardly use it since I have tons of base 60 dmg weps now. 21 armor should be enough for most Lynels except the silver mane ones. I now have fully upgraded guardian armor set so my defense is around 80-90 i think which is overkill vs most enemies now
hey how far are you into the game? I'm desperately searching for a blue lynel to farm for my shield collection
Weak drop for such a tough battle
TLDR; headshot stuns are good at piling damage and I should do them more
You did great without the bow anyways
if you perfect guard their simple attacks you have a great opportunity to shoot an arrow into their face. if you mount them and attack the weapons don't lose durability so you can simply pick your strongest weapon and hammer away. takes a little bit of practice and the triple shot lynel bows actually are the safest way to headshot them. bow doesn't break during the fight and you get a new one after you win anyways.
(Music Plays) A Shiny Lynel Appears!
Ink Too bad we ran out of pokeballs
We got a master ball but we were gonna go find a shiny calamity Ganon :/
hey you dont suck
Haha! Im just average but its pretty easy to learn most Lynels attack patterns. Its nothing Darks Souls level so!
GS VHT
I am one of those people
Its all fun and games until it starts thundering
Why hadnt you increased your health?
Being a person who has not played the game, is there a specific "Hyrule Field" area on the map? I know plenty about the game except for story stuff after the Plateau, but I haven't looked too hard at the map.
Yes there is and a tower for it quick travel point as well. Its right in the middle of the entire map below Hyrule Castle and where I hunted my first guardians. Can even find remnants of Lon Lon Ranch there.
So i got the full borbarian set and this would be easy i got hylain shield miphas grace revalis gale im insid rundiana
Lynel are resistant to elemental arrows and weapons. Would have been faster to hit him with trash weapons or sticks.
what are those blades and where did you find them ?
The ice one? You can find it in different places like shrines but it's more common that you find it in enemies camps, I can tell you that you can go to the Gerudo Mountain there you will find a lot.
go to the coliseum ruins found just north of hopper pond and South of aquame bridge... You will find a strong lynel there as well as the elemental swords, elemental great swords, and the elemental spears! the weapons are found on each floor of the coliseum.
I thought there was only one Lynnel in Akkala region. I have never seen that one. Is this master mode?
The lynels with the spears are the easiest to kill, the rest of them are hard
What a hassle there is t a stronger weapon to give more damage and kill them faster?
I once killed a blue lynel in about 20 seconds
Why is it that when I go to the spot you're at that there is a silver-maned lynel instead of a blue one is there some sort of randomizer or is it based on game progression?
Its based on game progression. If you've finished the divine beasts the blue ones turn silver for the most part
Wow, did you really wasted all of your spirit orbs on stamina and none on heart containers? Really?
When it does that jump spear attack you cant dodge it and get a flurry rush?
It has to be perfectly timed I think
Do anyone know where to find them? Because I'm on lategame and I just see the silver ones :/
I have 50 plus hours in the game and Stone taluse's are harder than lynels for me.Wtf is wrong with me
0:35 poor wolf
I hunted this one. Took a while.
I kill white ones just for the fun as soon as I start hard mode I'm going for the gold ones
Where did you find the Lynel I wanna know
Laurigi This place is near the Akkala stable (which is near the Akkala ancient tech lab) It's behind the stable I think.
It's by skull lake
rip the grass
wait blue lynels are a thing
Should had got Stasis+ and it will be easier to dodge disaster
where is this guy
The plateau in Akkala between the research lab and the skull shaped location where Kilton quest is.
www.gosunoob.com/zelda-breath-of-wild/lynel-spawn-and-farming-locations/attachment/zelda-botw-lynel-farming-locations-map/
Pokemon title
why is everyone so mean to the poor lynels they're just doing their job
And their 'job' is to kill the hero. :V
Eduardo Garcia They're actually not even Ganon minions which I think is surprising. Except for the Silver ones because Ganon infected malice in some of them.
The Blue-Maned Lynel's name is a lie! His mane is clearly not blue!
CrazyFunDryBones I know right? glad I'm not the only one who noticed
I would just spam time lock and urbosas lightning 😅 easy kill
