DUDE!!!!!!!!!!!! The weight of the foot and angle was huge change for me... based on my throne position my left foot was pushing further than my right. This was why my double pedal cadences were always so hard for me. Thank you for sharing... watching the rest now but wow just that one tip has improved my posture!

Dude that looks so floppy haha. As long as it works! Have you also tried direct drive pedals at all?

That is the key. As long as what you do works for your needs, then happy days! This is all a working progress FYI, so the more episodes I upload, the more you’ll see development.
Not yet! Would like to get direct at some point but starting off with iron cobra power glide double (mainly bc of budget) and go from there 👌

How do you adjust spring tension? Have a Alesis command se…….there is two nuts on spring but bottom nut slotted in a groove and won’t spin even if I loosen the top one…….if you haven’t figured out I’m a beginner, be nice….lol

      @@chucknowakowski6676 no sweat mate!
Step 1️⃣ Loosen the top nut by rotating it anti-clockwise 3-5 times.
Step 2️⃣ Press the top nut with two fingers downward; this will then allow you to rotate the bottom nut (bc it’s been pushed down) 🚨 pay attention to this step 🚨
Step 3️⃣ Rotate bottom nut clockwise to loosen tension and anti-clockwise to add tension.
Step 4️⃣ Once you’ve got your tension as you want it, tighten the top nut again to keep it firmly in place.
This should work based on what you’re describing👌reply to me if you get it 🙌

Thanks boss I I did get it and adjusted the tension. Just putting my foot on it was causing the beater to make contact, and I had to float my foot which was not right imo. Foot was and is about half way down pedal. Seems much better now. Thanks for help.
