Halo 2 is great, but it isn’t perfect. I’m sure they could have come up with a video’s worth of _actual_ sins. BUT THEY DIDNT THEY DECIDED TO BE STUPID INSTEAD
Despite playing Halo 2 since launch I somehow never noticed that the "one cut" dialogue remains in the final game! I always really appreciated that cutscene and was sad to see it on the cutting room floor, awesome to see it given some love. Excellent work as always!
I don’t blame you! I had to boost the audio a bit to make the words clear in that clip. If you get too close (even if you’re camouflaged) they’ll cut straight to the “Wait, movement!” part.
I’ve since had the realization that I could’ve been the _Arbiter!_ That said, I can’t imagine having digitigrade legs and a mandible mouth would be any less cursed.
I loved the movement you gave to the scarab and how you make the scenes super dynamic and the effort you put into it, I'll look forward to the next videos
Never clicked faster in my life. Your videos are so well made and I love seeing the history of one of my favorite games. This cutscene should have been in the game! I know they cut it because the beheading stuff was a little bit too real for the time the game came out but still, it’s a lot better than how the scene is shown in the actual game.
I always thought Human-Elite co-operation did start a bit oddly, with Johnson threatening the Arbiter with the Scarab. Though perhaps just the cliche of a mutual rescue making them pals would have been too flimsy to forgo that little prank that was the war for total specicide.
I could only play Halo at a friend's house growing up, so I've only seen some of the bonus content via TH-cam versions. Therefore, I hadn't ever seen that deleted scene. It's great! I love that the original storyboards and this cut scene have more interaction between the Arbiter and Sarge/the Chief.
I feel it's worth pointing out that the placeholder scarab here is literally the multiped tank from the first Ghost in the Shell movie. th-cam.com/video/f3O08xHnxwc/w-d-xo.html
I've watched every video on your channel in one sitting today and I love your videos. Would you ever consider making an animation tutorial for those of us trying to develop some skill in that area? I'm really impressed by the quality of your work but it seems so far beyond what I'm able to do
I love the burn against the gaming sins channel at the end

Gaming Sins has always been that way as has Cinema Sins
Johnson finally got the rock all to himself.
Lmaooooo😂😂😂hahaha 🤣
I guess that Ghost In The Shell phase they had back in ONI wasn't just a phase...
Thank you for mentioning how dumb the GamingSins Halo 2 video was lol
Impressively done as always!

@@C3_SABERTOOTH it wouldn’t be cursed it would be AWESOME!
At 1:06 I am incredibly distracted by the fact that the Scarab(?) is literally just the Spider Tank from Ghost in the Shell lmao
ghost in the shell for scarab is super cool imagine if we had that in Halo 2
bruv they really used a GiTS spider tank in the storyboards and thought no one would notice
I sent this to my sister she loves the Arbiter. Thank you for all your time and effort!
So the scarab is just full on the tank from Ghost in the Shell huh

Fabulous on so many levels!
Thanks, mom!

Yes more content. Can't share this to enough people.

Love your content, please never stop!
“...declaring the winner by technical submission to a rear naked choke: THEL “THE ARBITER” VADAMMMMM!!!”
The scarab looks like a Skitterer from Halo Wars 2, very interesting
It's actually a one to one redraw of a Think Tank from Ghost in the Shell. I guess Lee Wilson was a fan and used it as a placeholder. :D
good videos as always man
Just watched all of your videos, keep up the good work man!
Excellent work as usual!
Cutest brute I've ever seen. 😊
You’re making me blush!
amazing as always. Can't wait for final act.
So when is that next video?
I feel it's worth pointing out that the placeholder scarab here is literally the multiped tank from the first Ghost in the Shell movie.

That scrab looks like it was A UNSC vehicle originally

I’d love to! What are you most interested in - the animatics themselves, or the character animation?
@@C3_SABERTOOTH anything and everything, even something like a timelapse would be hugely informative
0:12 wait I've never seen that kind of Anniversary Brute design before? Where do I find that?
That's from Abimael Salazar's Halo 2 Brute concept art. Search it up. There is more concept art from him, BTW, of Marines, Spartans, and Sangheili.
Between the brute costume and what?! xD
I love u bro
